My diagnosis is heart failure! After ten days in the hospital, I'm home with a dozen medications, including the medicine for urinating! They told me to weigh myself! I am very careful with sodium from fatty foods and consume a modest amount of water daily! I sit lightly for twenty minutes a day! I don't have any symptoms, but I gained 6 pounds in ten days (from 214 to 220) because my portions are a little bigger! Do I have more weight because of the food or do I already have water in my lungs, etc. like when I came to the hospital ? ( I'm 6'1' and 48 years old)

I finished school yearssss ago but I still watch your content! Gotta stay on my toes Thank you!
