Ingredients:
sourdough sandwich slices
2 tsp wood pressed oil of your choice
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1 onion, chopped
green chilli, ginger, garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp k chilli powder, 1 tomato, pink himalayan salt, 2 tbsp water.
3 cauliflower florets, 1 carrot, 6 beans, 1/2 cup capsicum, 1 cum green amaranth leaves, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder, 3/4 tsp garam masala.
Note: This sandwich filling can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator

Can you suggest how to pack sandwich for lunch so it stays atleast in better way than normal packing .. like should we cover it with anything and if so what ?

What I do is I allow it to cool completely and then pack. Hope this helps.
