    Not to hate but almonds and walnuts shouldn’t even be in a video about muscle growth Why do I say this well because these two nuts have proven to lower T levels

    That sounds like false information to me. If it is true, you don't need to eat pounds of them. I eat them all the time and have plenty of T.

    @@MuscleBuildinGuide they don’t lower t levels that much so you won’t really notice it along as you have good sleep and other factors of t production
