in the video he said 10 nuts of each kind= so eat different kinds of nuts every day, and each kind should be 10 nuts of a kind…only brazilian nuts should be limited to 2-3nuts per day=because they are very rich in selenium ...and don't eat cashews with other nuts if you eat it at all, cause they have ingredient in them that prevents the absorption of the nutrients…also no caffeine drinks like coffee or black tea in few hours=for similar reason=especially for absorption of iron 😊that's what I know so far.

@@mauing not all together 10only, but x10 of each kind daily is good, because every kind has a different ingredients/nutrients that are good for us... but as I said previously only the "brasil nuts" must be only about 2per day, because they are very dense(they have a lot of =I think it was selenium). all other nuts you could eat even a little bit more than x10 of a kind per day, just don't overdo it with one kind only=that is why he said better be different kinds x10 of each every day...so 10almonds + 10macadamia +10hazelnuts+10walnut…so if you have many different kinds, you could eat less than 10 of a kind if you are putting on weight, but if you have only 2 or 3 kinds of nuts, than u could eat a little bit more maybe around 15of a kind=especially if you need nutritions.the point is to eat every day different kinds of food little by little, especially if there are many kinds of nuts to eat every day and it also depends if you are slim or gaining weight easily, it depends on your body too...and of course , if you have allergy don't eat that food at all=try different kind…try to eat only really healthy food and listen to your body.👍🏼
