Speed 1 for 2,3 people dough

how long did it take to form this smooth dough ball? I got this too last month but have not used it yet. could you pls specify the exact flour and water ratio as well? great video and amazing result👌

Hi thanks for your lovely comment . If you have 2 bowl floor 1.5 glass water is enough but keep and eye and add water if u think dough is hard or machine not moving nicely . Another thing you can stop the machine and touch the dough and feel the consistency. By doing this you will understand whether u need to add water or floor ❤
