I'm planning to buy a stand mixer. Would you recommend this one? I'm not too sure after seeing the video because while kneading the dough I can see the entire machine is moving quite a lot. Is it because you've placed it on a table rather than marble top or is it the machine? Please do reply as I need to buy one in a day or two

machine has several speeds first of all, you can choose any speed you are comfortable with, secondly yea I will recommend you to place it over marble counter top cause table isnt so stable itself for heavy things, I loved it, It made my life so easy but depends what you prefer :) in market you can find expensive machines as well but for my small family this machine is doing great :)

You should keep atta to rest after mixing it. You are getting good rotis, you will get even better if you rest the atta for a few mins.

I used roti maker just to roll the roti and then I cook on tawa like normal roti. That gives better results

oh yes It worked for 1 year and Then the handle broke down and we got changed it from Kmart as we had receipts, Keep receipts or buy another little expensive brand

ap ne konsa aata use kia hai ??? i use wholemeal (laal aata) ... and used anko mixer ... but wo walls se chipka hi rha , alg nai hoa .... although hath se gondhne wala texture hi tha but still .... and also aata n pani ka kya ratio rkha hai ap ne ?? did u follow guideline given in the manual ???

I used wholemeal atta normal wala, plus Yes 2 cup attay me 1 cup paani. agar ap Bht hi sakht atta na goondain. mera atta walla se nahi chipka rehta, aur agar phir aisa ho tou ap scraper se side se hata dijyega.

Rotimatic is an automated kitchen appliance and is priced at $1350 AUD. Whereas, the roti-maker we have reviewed in the video is a manual one available for just $60-$70 AUD and takes very less space. So these two are quite different appliances to have an opinion on.
