    Look up nightshade vegetables and spices. Green, yellow and red peppers are nightshades.

    This was a great conversation but lacked a few things. It did not address the ways stress, loneliness, trauma, and access to nutritious food can contribute to disease. Also, let’s not demonize foods without taking into account specific food sensitivities.
