HEALTH BENEFITS OF NEEM

Neem is a tree. The bark, leaves, and seeds are used to make medicine. Less frequently, the root, flower, and fruit are also used.
Neem leaf is used for leprosy, eye disorders, bloody nose, intestinal worms, stomach upset, loss of appetite, skin ulcers, diseases of the heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gingivitis), and liver problems. The leaf is also used for birth control and to cause abortions.
The bark is used for malaria, stomach and intestinal ulcers, skin diseases, pain, and fever.
The flower is used for reducing bile, controlling phlegm, and treating intestinal worms.
The fruit is used for hemorrhoids, intestinal worms, urinary tract disorders, bloody nose, phlegm, eye disorders, diabetes, wounds, and leprosy.
NEEM tree's exciting potential for controlling insects has only recently become clear.
Neem's ability to repel insects was first reported in the scientific literature in 1928 and 1929. by two Indian scientists, R.N. Chopra and M.A. Hussain. THEY used a 0.001-percent aqueous suspension of neem to repel desert locusts.

As a kid I was very sick and my mom boiled some Neem leaves.i drank some and inhaled some.It was poured in a big bucket .,I wás made to sit near it and covered with blankets to inhale the steam briefly and the blanket is lifted so I could catch my breath ..this happened on and off while I was sweating profusely but at the end of it I got quickly well.It is genius..I have been a firm believer in Neem since.

In extremely hot areas neem trees are the number one choice for home trees. They can be grown outside or along the compound walls. First they don't allow any insects including mosquitoes. They can be used for cleaning teeth. Their sap forms a glue which can be used for binding and protecting books. The sap glue can protect other wooden furniture and is extra durable. And so many other benefits which require almost a book to explain the uses and property Etc. They retain moisture throughout the 3 hot summer months and produce oxygen for 5 cars exhaust. Etc. They grow almost to a height of 50 to 100 meters with a life span of 2000 years.
