    I started consuming Chia seeds a couple of months ago. I take 2 teaspoons per day soaked in water overnight. I don’t drink them all at once. I drink half in the morning and half later in the day. My goal was to improve my regularity. It is working very well.

    I add two teaspoons to a glass of lemon water every morning, it definitely helps with my energy levels. My guess is due to the iron content.

    @@ziziphomatola2114 I use them in my smoothies as well. I’ve noticed my skin is a lot clear and softer, I don’t know if it helps with weight loss- but since I’ve included it in my diet, I’ve been able to lose weight faster.

    @@gabrielam7741 I have premature aging, been using them several months everyday. Do you think it'll help reduce that? I'm hoping it'll be kinda like injections without having to go that route. That many omega 3s should help a lot!

    Great video, glad I found this info. I get my chia seeds from Trader Joe's, i.e., " Organic Chia Seeds Sustainably Grown", in a 12 oz yellow plastic package/pouch. I was aware of some of these health benefits but now it seems like a superfood. I assume this might be helpful for people like me who doesn't like fish. In the past I used Barlean's Organic Flax Oil, but I stopped using that years ago. I assume 2 tbsp a day, which is the serving size on my chia seeds label on the package, is sufficient, daily? Also, my Trader joe's chia seeds label says 8 g of fiber & 4 g Omega-3 ALA per serving!! Also, 6 g of polyunsaturated fat but only 1/2-gram monounsaturated fat...and...5 grams of protein, wow. I wonder if Kroger sells chia seeds...surely, they do I would guess.
