Yes!!!! I was happily surprised when I found this before bed last night! My older ailing cat and I slept so well with it! It calmed us both immediately! I could tell because she relaxed faster than ever and slept on my arthritic hand, and it felt less painful this morning! 🥰😇♥️

I have a little black cat who likes to get on my chest, gives me two head bumps, and then gets comfortable. He is able to lower my heart rate and blood pressure. Every time. Cats are a precious part of the Creator, I think. Sleep well, too.

I got another little one had her about 5 months, and she does the same, haha. Soon as i lay down,she walks on my chest but comes right up bumps my face , or head then tries sleeping under my chin,but has to settle for chest. She also loves the sound bath's and my older cat tigger is really stressed out atm but slept all-day when i left one of these bath's playing in my bedroom. Well, everything is made of vibration, so it makes sense, i guess ✌🏻

My friends cat even from a kitten would know where you have pain, he came and purred on my stomach and my friends leg, right where the pain was. No matter what you're going through, it's a good day when you wake up to a cat saying hi in the morning. Cats are healers for sure 😊

My neighbor’s orange boy was sent to me when I was at the bottom of despair 3 years ago. He just left with his Dad who moved away. He was with me through all the Covid years & a divorce, my loyal royal love. I’m beyond heartbroken but also realize, maybe his dad needs this angel more than me now. My neighbor's cat companion saw me through Covid and a devastating divorce, and now they have moved away. I'm devastated, but grateful for the 3 years we had together. Indeed, now more than ever however I question how we came together, our beautiful companions have eyes that are not the same as the big cats I mistook them descendant from. So blessed, regardless but would love to unravel the mystery of our relationship further with the Egyptian history I would imagine 😊❤

This is honestly one of my favorite sound baths. The kitty purrs are magical! I just LOVE it. I've read about some of the healing properties of cat purrs, and I've always loved the sound and the wonderful purr vibrations when my kitties snuggle with me. But I've never heard a recording that feels so true to the actual in-person experience. And it pairs so well with the singing bowls. Wow! I have a new kitty named Thomas and he came from a sketchy home where he was negletced and Ive been trying to get him to come out and play and just be around him as much as I can to get used to each other since November. As soon as I put this video on, within literally a minute he came upstairs right into my room and started rubbing aginst the speaker!!! I have yet to pet him, but he's coming up to me closer and closer. I know my patience will pay off and I this video will make us both feel better while we grow our bond! It was so nice to see him react to this so quickly. Thanks to you & Perseus! Until I read your cats name, I was gonna guess his name was Mic. ;)

Its the month of Ramadan and I prayed the extra prayers of the month at home today instead of at the mosque. Throughout the whole prayer my sweet cat lay on the prayer mat purring like a tiny motor. I just love this sound. The singing bowls in the back is the perfect pairing for healing ❤

Thank you so much, I literally started crying the moment I heard your voice... I lost my mother cat this year Kuri, she wasn't so into cuddling as much as hunting but she always gave me kittens to take care of and in my darkest moments she would have white kittens and leave me surrounded by little purring hair balls of light, I could see in real time how they saved my life, keeping my hands busy petting them, so I would do no harm (to my self or others) and healing my torn heart... completely lost from all positive emotions. It's been a ruff ride.

I write ESA letters often for the benefits of cats for mental health

okay excuse the word vomit- i've been mid panic attack for almost a couple hours now because I got a notif that I might be doing badly or at risk to fail one of my courses. I stumbled upon this gem of a video in my teary eyed attempt to calm myself down while chatting with a crisis hotline even though I haven't been suicidal at all, just INSANELY WORRIED and blowing things out of proportion. i can already feel the knot in my stomach loosening, my breathing is getting slower, and the tingle in my hands is fading. if anyone has any student advice for me in this situation, please feel free! i think I'm gonna go get some rest after listening for a half hour and tackle this with my parents by my side. stay beautiful everyone

I fell asleep listening to this & i had the most beautiful visualisations where i was visited by every cat i have loved and lost in my lifetime (including my 19 year old baby i lost last year) Each cat greeted me individually and proceed to curl up beside my body joining in with the chorus of purring. There were cats i had almost forgotten from when i was a small child that greeted me again. It was the most beautiful experience and i cried actual tears of happiness and apprecation for what those animals have done for me. Thankyou 😊❤
