I just received my Turbo today and am really excited about putting it to work, especially now that I can visualize what is taking place in my body and how the "jiggle machine" will help. Thank you!

Just got a Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate. Thanks for your explanation with the props. The two machines you demonstrated are different. I'm going to assume it is the same examples for the model I purchased. Hoping for relief from what I believe is my SI. I was in a car accident as a teenager (I'm now almost 62). Cracked vertebrae and broken pelvic. Sins of my youth are catching up with me. :) Thanks again. I have subscribed to you.

Hi Bambi, For starters, we recommend to take it slowly and gradual. You may start with the manual mode which could help you change the duration and intensity level. You may also use the program presets which are P1 and P2 which is a good start to help your body adjust with the vibrations. Do it for not more than 30 minutes a day, with two 15-minute session or three 10-minute sessions. If you have health issues, please feel free to ask us questions also. We will gladly assist you 🤗

This is SO good, hip and back pain are 2 of my 3 worst problems. I just got my Rumblex Plus the other day, can't wait to try these exercises. I'm going to take the slow approach. Start with vibration only for at least a week. Then another setting for the next week and so on. I want to know what's helping what, for my own benefit and those I want to help.

Thank you Amber! This is very helpful. Question for you...when you're doing the squats and pelvic rolls are you still keeping your core areas tight? I find that next to impossible to do and am wondering if that will hinder what I'm trying to do over all with the plate. Should I stand there all tightened up or move around without holding everything tight?

Hi there! imagine that you are bracing yourself for a sucker-punch right to the stomach. You’re not going to suck in your stomach. You’re going to take a deep breath and tighten all of your abdominal muscles. It may be helpful to picture “zipping up” your abs-bringing your navel up and toward your spine. You should be able to continue to breathe when you engage your core: First, fill your belly, and then inhale and exhale, only allowing your rib cage to move. Your belly should remain tight and full after the initial breath. After that point, you should be able to see your ribs move in and out when you breathe.

I just got my Waver and haven't yet taken it out of the box. I've had 2 hip replacements and have back pain. I actually thought it was my hip again, but I've been told it's actually my lower back. A nerve block hasn't helped so I'm so hoping the Waver will help. I got the go ahead from my GP (to start slowly) so I'm now ready to start. Amber ... how do I start off?

Hi there, You can start with the manual setting at the lowest speed for 3-5 mins in the morning by standing on the platform with your legs slightly bent. And another session in the evening (2 hours before bedtime) by sitting in a chair and placing your feet on the platform. Make sure you see how you deal with that first and then as you get comfortable, work your way up to the next speed and increasing the duration of your workouts. :)

I own a Turbo and only used it 4 or 5 times. I stood with my knees slightly bent using the lowest vibration possible. 2 days after I used it last, I was hit with the worst pain I ever experienced - 8 days of non-stop excruciating pain and visiting 2 emergency rooms and a neurologist. Turns out my sacroiliac was damaged and I can't help but wonder if my Turbo had anything to do with it. I have been reading that doctors and physical therapists are saying that these platforms are way too rough (even on the lowest setting) and dangerous. I bought my Turbo for lymphatic flow and got a severe back and hip strain instead - I feel like I flushed $250.00 down the drain. I will be seeing a physical therapist in 2 weeks - hopefully he will tell me that I don't have to throw my Turbo in the garbage.

Hi, I just got the waver mini but feel concerned because I came across a study that says vibration plates that are not low intensity can be harmful (I,e, injury to the brain, detachment of retina, etc.) I would love some reassurance that it’s safe for me to stand on it without always having to bend my knee to keep the vibrations on the lower body only. Thank you!

The Rumblex 4D and Rumblex Pro have curved surfaces, ideal for people who want to train their core and balance. The advantage of the Pro is that it comes with more accessories that can help you do more workout activities. Both also can support up to 330lbs. But if you have knee issues then the Rumblex Plus would be your choice. It comes with a flat surface which is best for the knee, the platform can also support up to 500lbs. All the Rumblex models have a frequency range of 4-40hz. :)
