I don't intend to offend, but on my surgery with other clinic had extracted 3100 grafts from my donor area. Remarkably, just two days later, there was no visible sign of the extraction. The essence of such a procedure is discretion - it's successful when others can't tell you've had surgery. Therefore I do not believe that compromising the donor area to enhance the top is 'common sense,' otherwise you end up looking like you got a disease rather than been bald. So yes, after 3100 graphs extraction in my case not one notice that I had it done.

Transplanted hairs will shed within a few weeks after the procedure. This shedding is a normal part of the hair growth cycle and does not indicate a failed transplant. After the shedding phase, the transplanted follicles will enter a dormant phase before new hair starts to grow. Would you have to be more delicate so you don’t pull a hair follicle out after the transplant

Paper towels can be rough and may cause friction or irritation to the sensitive scalp hence not recommended to use paper towels for washing your scalp after a hair transplant. Use batana oil. No need for transplant just takes time. It’s the natural way. Get it before they ban it. It grows in Honduras and get it when it’s in season.

Damn i think its better to shampoo the hair using finger tips as the hair might get pulled by cotton. The donor area looks bad, like very bad.. they overharvested too much. It shouldn't look like that. When your hair is close to half inch long it shouldn't be noticeable anymore but yours still looks patchy. Its hard to recover from that unless you do a SMP treatment for cover up...
