I work in retail and i agree that older customers can be more rude than younger customers. It's weird though because some older customers are the sweetest ever, and then other's are just plain rude! Also, i loved this video a lot!

Oh my goodness I used to volunteer in Oxfam and I had the same mannequin problem! The amount of times I spoke to a customer whilst waving a detached arm around was unbelievable! And don't talk to me about trying to put said arm back on the mannequin! 😂

I used to work in a office where we did websites, and once a costumer started touching my monitor (while I was working) and started singing “Born this way” by Lady Gaga. I didn’t know what to do, cause my boss was in the same room and he started laughing of that situation, that lasted the entire song! Yo Jack! Really really great Video, i just started on Monday this week at Topman/Topshop! Our Store will open at Nov 8th in Bonn, Germany and it's the 4th Store we get in Germany. Thanks for your truthful feedback about TS/TM, but i literally felt about, that they're such a great company. The last 3 Days we got a lot of training shedule and the people are so nice & friendly, everyone smiles and is happy! Even you, i actually wish i could work with you together in a store, because your also such a friendly and cuuuute guy. It feels so great to be a part of the company. I cant wait until our store will be opened in Nov. Lots of regards from Germany! (: PS: i actually need to out myself as one of your german-groupies :D

Love this video! Do you have any advice for A Level/ Uni students on how we can fit in homework and revision when we have to work long hours at the weekend/ during school holidays/ bank holidays etc. I’ve had to work 18 hours at the weekend during term time and up to 50 hours a week during Christmas and half term, all while doing my A Levels and I’ve struggled to find the time and energy to fit it all in! Lots of love 💛💛

ordinary person My recommendation is that...you don't. Literally it's not worth it, even for raising money for uni, because if you do badly in A levels you won't end up at a uni anyway! Good luck with it all!
