It’s not a loan, right, but it kinda is lol it’s a loan on the tax exemption amount for 15 years, minus interest lol

No kidding! We had a home in Wpg and wanted to get into a property in Vancouver (where I grew up) back in the early 90’s. We saw the prices rising and wanted to get in with the intention to move back one day. Our bank in Wpg, NO”. They stuck hard to the 29% rule back in those days. Went to Vancouver, got to see some really crappy homes in our price range and got qualified for almost $1MM without a fuss. Some very creative numbers work being done there. Trust yourself 1st before any professional.

Aren't mortgages in fiat currency economies especially troublesome because the banks use a loan as a financial instrument in the market, thereby doubling what they get? First from selling the financial instrument and second from the mortgage payments. Plus they effectively own the property until it's paid off. Aren't we lucky. 😢

But broker will only helps if you know him very well, besides process and guidance, majority of people need help with income adjustments and align numbers according to rule.. I hope you understand without clear expectations. I m shy to say very clearly what actually I wanted to tell

If you’re talking about creating fake documents to show more income, that’s mortgage fraud and SHOULD NOT be something you should be ok with. If that’s what you’re talking about then yes, be very shy about it… if I’m miss reading what you’re saying I’d love to be corrected.
