The apothecary really reminds me of the time when I was playing games and I choose it as my first job while my second job was cooking, and the third job, although I cannot level it up more since I already choose my two main jobs, was a blacksmith. I’ll go around maps and while everyone was busy fighting mobs, I’ll avoided them and mainly focus on collecting herbs and ore and leveling up my jobs instead of leaving up as a bard hahaha. Since I’m a healer type, I always get ganked on pvp and legendary type potions and food are expensive af and I go through them like a madman so I choose to lvl up on my jobs, that actually helped a lot during pvp and I got so much potions left everytime so I started sending it to random people on my friend list and they started sending me back random items like skins or scrolls as a thank you haha. Damn I miss those days

the signs of a good Anime are abundant in this one, surprisingly enough. slow start, choosing what is known as "the worst skills" and having a giant douchebag with money come by and act tough and smart. good start, adds character to everyone involved. MC basically chose the most OP Playstyle in Skyrim, that being a Stealth Archer, or Sneak Archer if you will. if the series developes the character like one of those, the dude is gonna be OP like none other. actually, come to think of it, i would honestly LOVE an Anime about reincarnating in the world of The Elder Scrolls games. imagine season 1 being TES 1, season 2 being TES 2 and so on lol. it would be AWESOME!! tho, every season would have to be at LEAST 20 or more episodes long with each episode being over 20-30 minutes at least to make it worth the time to watch.

There is actually a web novel someone wrote where a person gets reincarnated a few years before skyrim storyline begins. He ends up journeying outside of skyrim and getting other artifacts and goes to places from other TES games.

Oh, yeah, of course. Everyone knows that stealth archer is the most underpowered build. Especially at launch when nobody has had an opportunity to play. Did the company advertise archery as trash? How would that attract players? This story's foundation has less than no thought behind it.

My guess is that the Devs took the realistic approach to archery training, that it takes forever to learn (seriously, archery used to be a skillset you'd start training around 5 and you'd be decent enough to get a job (usually with the military) around 16). That, coupled with the fact that players tend to prioritize short-term improvements over long-term growth, no matter how impressive said long-term gains can be, means that anything not instantly powerful or useful tends to be disregarded unless some other system demands it (Like NPC's stock being quietly limited).

The MC us good but Sunraku from Shangrila Frontier is an absolute Monster

This reminds me of another LN (started 9 months before this anime's LN) with a similar concept. Now makes me wish even MORE they'd make an anime of the other since they made this in the video. Only Sense Online: A boy joins a VRMMO that his best friend and sisters play, due to an error reading his body (similar to SAO's system) his avatar ends up a girl. But otherwise has a VERY similar starting concept, he picks a bow despite it's low accuracy and chooses crafting. They're the lowest ranked weapon type and skills from the beta but he ends up making them work in ways that slowly gains him popularity.

It was the other players that didn't consider the effects of combinations of skills, or the concept of skills that are weak in early game but strong in late game. The main character tried to select the weakest skills to avoid being pulled into awkward situations due to his limited free time. But the skills he chose turned out to just be underrated, and combined well, so he quickly became OP, and other players started following his lead.

A few games are like that. I believe WOW and FFXI have done this. I think 7 or 8 other games i havent played have done this as well. Probably Runescape, Ultima, elderscrolls.

I always like to use the most worthless looking or barely skill and try and use that some way too whenever I'm in d&d.

It's really sad asia makes mangas, animes and manwas with so many cool RPG and MMO features and skills. Yet not a single actual game even remotely has anything like it. The worst is: You are knight therefor sword and only sword no spear no axe no bow ONLY SWORD! And no actual scythes "cosmetics don't count", no whips and no slings. I wish all class whips existed. Healer class has no long range on enemy hit abilities but can enhance their attacks. So use a whip for medium to long range to make up for their own lack thereof and use it to attack long range with their buffs.

Every possible fucking scene this anime shows the shoes

I like that the shows are not just showing teenagers but older adults that are still going through much of the same trials and tribulations

This is actually familiar to me, as a former everquest player. I was a cleric, which was seen as op, but of a certain deity which was rare. In that game clerics had deity specific transmute spells. Because so few chose my deity people would seek me out when they needed me, which was sometimes annoying because it was time consuming work, not fun, but they paid me well.

In that game you'd keep your gear when you died, but lose a lot of experience, so you're corpse would be out there waiting to get saved with a resurrection, it was totally worth it to retrieve it. That was another "job" I did quite often for which I got paid. I had the second to best resurrection and people would generally pay will, per resurrection, and were so thankful because I had saved them literal hours of time regaining what was lost.
