In the Manga, Olivia despair was more emphasize by the drawing same for the punch of lux. To bad the only default is the lightnesse and the lack of details in the animation.

Gotta love when Japanese animators and manga writers start off the story with an environment controlled by women but the protagonist is a man and takes over the show kinda like the amazons

1:53 I gotta say that has to be the most uncomfortable bolts for a rifle I have ever seen. It makes charging handle of the Halo 4, 5, and Infinite SRS-99s seem comfortable by comparison. Like seriously it looks like you need to use your nails to get that bolt out.

@@kabob0077 I'm wording it wrong, I should've said any bolt action rifle in ww1 and ww2(doesn't have to be the Reich in particular most bolt action rifles have similar design) since the gap wasn't that big. It was supposed to be combination of sci-fi and fantasy that's why you could see that despite piloting giant robots and other far ahead techs, they mostly used magic and swords(magic playing bigger parts) for battle hence firearms development was not their priority only(not even semi auto only firearms handed by the AIs all the way to MGs). Take examples for Chris(blue) and Brad(purple) still using only sword in robots battle and using magic to manipulate javelins. there's also consideration that they want to avoid using real things(unless they deliberately said the ref, even if they did most anime change the design) and Leon family was quite poor that even his lil sister stunted hence low quality rifle he got

I didn't know this anime would be so good when I watched it, I started thinking it would drop in the 2nd episode and ended up watching the whole thing in 1 day. It's not perfect, I wouldn't even put it in the 10th best of this year, but it's definitely far above the normal Isekai you see out there, the animation is pretty average, but didn't bother me in any moment, and the most interesting characters are the 3 main ones (Angelica, Leon and Olivia) and some of the game's male love interests. I think what surprised me the most was when Leon realizes that he has been treating everyone in this new world like NPCs and characters instead of real people, most Isekai don't touch on this subject and the MC usually spends the entire story treating everyone as if they were nothing besides fictional characters, and he was the only real human being. The 5 boys (the game's romantic interests) at first just seem like rivals or nuisances who will get in the MC's way just to be destroyed mercilessly (which, to be honest, really happens) but in the end you actually manage to like them, even though they are noble, rich and spoiled, they have their own problems too, which can make 'em relatable (or not). But by far the best thing in this anime is the relationship between Angelica and Olivia, whether romantic or platonic (although they have such a Yuri vibe, that there's no way they end up just friends) it was the best done plot in the anime, they have such a good synergy

i am confused how a society that invented robots and future tech somehow degraded into a medieval society simply because magic happened

The 1st episode explains the war between old humans (who is high tech) versus new humans (who has magic). The new humans are basically biological weapons, hence after wiping out old humanity (presumably their old masters), they started making primitive societies among themselves. Since they have magic, they don't need technology, hence technology regress.

i never knew this one got an anime adaptation! After reading the novel and the manga, this hits different.

I didnt know they animated this lol.. this is cool manga btw, story just not as absurd as any isekai manga.. it seems realistic because M.C is not op whatsoever Well he is kinda op but it doesn't mean hes unbeatable unlike any m.c isekai who already reach endgame on eps 1

I loved this anime, when the plot twist happened i laughed hard and the reason he hated it is cus it was a pay to win dating sim. (so expensive stuff yet he still got the ship and somehow got it in game)

When I first read the title I was like meh an anime about otome game, it can't be interesting for me. After watching the anime's first two episodes I got hooked up. After reading the light novel I came to know it's really a good anime. My man got reincarnated in an game word for twice.

For part 2 you would need to wait for season 2, because the anime adapt just this much of the story. I would still suggest to read the Light Novel which are even better than the anime adaptation.

Correction: he didn't find the ship when he played the game, he bought it with real money through a micro transaction .

Really enjoyed the show but I never got over the fact that everyone just casually brushed off his sister's, assassination attempt, during the duel.
