Lol Walmart supplements do nothing for you. You need to spend money to get anything good. If you don't eat very much seafood and don't live off the coast get your iodine checked. I got mine checked and I was soooooo low which is why cancer is so common. It helped me so much when I started taking it. Find a holistic doctor who will help check your level. It will change your life.

Just have to be careful with who u get hay from. Not all hay is clean of weed sprays and round up products.

My grandparents had a garden like this. They weren’t out there weeding or watering the garden. In fact I don’t remember them doing any maintenance at all. Just went out to pick the produce.
