During the silence, I thought about the deck that my dad and I built off the back of the house we just moved out of. We never really used the deck in the 20ish years we lived there. Reminds me of all the plans and purchases, projects and products of our effort that we never use, doomed to rot because it just didn't work out. And some might say the deck was just a waste, a useless structure of wood without much shade or family and friends to occupy it. But the time spent working on it, the blood sweat and tears we poured into it. That was worth every second. Thanks for the pod lads.
