Hi Greg. Thank you for your smile - I truly liked to watch how you enjoyed the performance! And not only the high pitches, but also the emotional part in the beginning. Dimash is always experimenting something new and incorporating also styles from other cultures, not only his own, in his interpretations. I find it so interesting and intriging and I hope he never stops!

I was waiting to see when you would get to this one and react to it. Great reaction! Dimash is outstanding!! He puts himself into all of the songs he sings, no matter what. There are a few songs he will no longer sing because they are too emotionally taxing. Loved your facial expression when he started back after the flute like instrument played, and then the high notes... just awesome!

At the end of the second verse, Dimash sings "I love you" in Mandarin ("Wo ai ni") to the Chinese audience, and again in the third verse, adding "I love you" in Kazakh, before whispering "Thank you" in Mandarin at the end. Dimash beautifully incorporates Middle Eastern (Armenian, Turkish, Arabic, Azerbaijanian, Kazakh) runs in the song.

And he does those Middle Eastern runs in his very own style and then puts his personal signature on the end with his "soprano" vocals and strong mixed voice belting. Better impossible. There is not, nor will there be a better version... ever. It's simply delighful.

Do you wonder why you haven't heard of him 10 years ago or seen any pictures of him singing while he was 10 years old. I wonder why theirs nothing with a voice like his no one else can sing like him. He must be an angel from another world. Mankind can't hit those notes. The universal language on earth is music. Time will tell.

He was invited to perform as a guest in the finale of The Singer 2018. (that final whisper is 'fēicháng gǎnxiè' = 'thank you very much' in mandarin :) )
