The problem with people with a hero complex is they get fueled by doing altruistic things because they think all they're doing is taken positively. "Wanting to help" is what they think they're doing good, because in reality once upon a time it actually did help others, it's just that in the long run it becomes a one-side thing. He continues to help even if it's already unnecessary to the point that he's meddling other people's lives with his 'helpfulness'-- I love that Seungjae's mom actually defined that for him.

Its great that he wants to help other people but he’s not a good person he’s ignoring how the people closest to him feel, and maybe hes only helping people for his own satisfaction. I don’t think those people who came to help him really wanted to, they probably felt like they had to like they were forced. He’s actually really annoying

I wish he would take a break to focus on his family half as much as he does for other people. He worries about outsiders more than his own family. Also...... He really shouldn’t force someone to do something if they don’t want to and he shouldn’t lie to get them to do it.

At 25:29 he shed tears because he hurt...and he actually lonely and depressed.. someone whom we look always keep him selft smile,happy,helping other without doubt. is actually the one who hurt the most and keeping it by himself.. because that the way he heal and realease stress.. i feel him.. even he look extremely energetis he actually weak.. His "helping" doesnt seem genuine though. he forces his friend to do the hard stuff then takes credit for being a community savoir. he doesn't even help his wife out, and caused tension between his friend and his parents. He literally forces his friend to do the dirty work, which means his friend doesn't get to help his parents out or see his family. He even said himself that he helps because he gets something out of it, he wants people to feel indebted/grateful to him because then they'll feel obligated to help him out. basically manipulating people and guilt tripping them. Imo he does this so people think of him as a hero, not because he wants to actually help people. his own wife and children are extremely hurt and lonely and he blatantly ignored them so he could go out and feel like a community god.

At some point he has to put his foot down, say no and stand by this decision. If you keep allowing someone to take advantage of your kindness then they will. It's okay to put yourself first sometimes and that doesn't make you a bad person. As for his friend, he is so busy helping others that he is neglecting the people closes to him that it can seriously hurt him on the future. Worst case scenario he can end up alienating his family to the point he ends up alone.

Ok side note tho the wife was RLLY cute especially with those glasses 💜💜

I love my mother, but i am ill with many medical problems. I am on disability. My brothers are billionaires, owning resorts in costa rica, yet i live in state housing takeing care of myself and my children with no help. My mom is 82yrs old, she had emergency surgery, she had a hernia fixed, shes stuborn does what she wants, orders me around. I also had to have surgery for a ruptured stomach. My brothers came, acting concerned, my surgion was her surgion, yet, my surgion told them all about my surgery with out my consent. Now they both are ordering me to take care of her 24hrs a day, even though i am recovering and my children are careing for me. To them, their lush life is more important to get back to then my moms care. I have not had contact with my brothers for 38yrs, yet my doctor broke hippa rules telling them about my surgery, just so they can know if i can care for her or not. I was hurt upset, i was injured because i did everything for her, yet my life does not matter only theirs. I told them, to pay someone to care for her, i can not, my doctor ordered me not too. Yet they dont want to part with their, SPENDING MONEY, to care for her. When i gave her my last food so she can eat. I have stopped them using me, yet, i feel awful, shes a horrid women, but my mom. Sad life is this way.

Bts_mochilover Xo Thank you so much, these awaesome replies, is what makes the world a better place. Sad to know there are people who are not my family, who understand why i cant do for them. I have never been selfish in my life and given all i have, to people i dont even know. Because thats someones son or daughter, and someone loves them. Someone is waiting at home for them, i help so many, and yet my family, ex can not do for themselves.

He is just such a selfish man. It's all about him-- he's not trying to be nice to help others, but to avoid his own work and to gratify his own ego. He is lucky that anyone puts up with him, especially his long-suffering family.

This man isn't a bad person for wanting to help others, but for the fact that he ignores those closest to him. His wife is made to run 3 restaurants by herself while he goes and helps whomever he can and to me personally I think that is such utter BS! The running of their businesses should be a team effort not something he can push off onto his wife! You can tell by only looking at her she is exhausted and upset with her husband. I wouldn't be burdensome to my friend and make him tag along; him lying to his friend about the haircut was really kinda messed up if you ask me. I mean what if the friend ended up having a bad reaction to the bleach, or something and all his hair fell out??? What, is he suppose to suffer the pain and sadness of his sudden hair loss??? You could tell that the other business owners are grateful for his help, but probably wish he'd quit meddling when they don't ask for his help. I don't know maybe he should start a sport to burn off some of that energy lol 😂

He prioritize other people than his own family. Making other people don't feel lonely while making your own family lonely is so wrong. Don't play god! Try helping people closest to you first. As IF you take care of your whole body in the outside but the inside body parts are full of cancer. What you did to other people at first may be helping but then it turns into meddling. Intention may be good and he is a good person but he is doing it all wrong. Doing it this way, it doesn't look cool at all! He is ALL TALK.
