Going on 4 years with my 2020 LM2. Bought it mainly for my somewhat frequent long work commutes (200+ mile trips). My lifetime average is right at 25 MPG. My last tank got me 670 miles. It tows 5-7k lbs very well. My last tow trip was about 5klb enclosed v-nose 1500mi and averaged about 13 MPG. My only issue so far has been some soot buildup on the DEF injector which threw a NOx efficiency code. Dealer replaced it under warranty.

@@tyrelgranger8105Probably due to the valve cover issue that resulted in excessive oil consumption. It would foul the glow plugs and destroy the dpf. There is a tsb and redesigned valve cover for it. I am in a denali just like this one, but not ultimate. I think im in love. The only quirks I have may be the window button...wtf? why? why not roll up too? That could have been a physical button for the camera instead of the button being in the infotainment. Also, no adjustable pedals, another good option for a button in the group there. My 2014 slt had adjustable pedals and that's where the button was, on the left tho. Another thing I think could be better is the side mirrors. Mine are the same as these. I wish the cheap black plastic part was color matched to the truck and i wish the little round helper mirror was built in like my 2014. On stock wheels and tires, i am getting like 650 miles a tank and average closer to 30 with probably 80% long range highway drives daily with no load.

I love the truck, the ride comfort, but it has been back to the dealership going on several times for emissions problem. I purchase my diesel from the same station since new, and the gas station is also new, so I would hope the fuel is good. 10,000 miles and keep getting check engine light. I'm going to the dealership again. Not very happy. Sad, though it was going to be my last truck.

Just entered your drawing for the truck and camper setup
Im looking at picking up a LZ0 right now
City 21mpg, hwy 31mpg, and interstate 23.5mpg, towing boat 15.5 mpg, i bought brandnew 2021 gmc 3.0L texas edition slt and now 51k miles on it. Issues i have had: No start issues happen once ever 3 or 4 months but starts right after, yellow indicator mirrors blind spot monitoring doesnt work, and mirriors tilt feature doesnt work while in reverse. Overall great truck, just like any truck, its not perfect.
Sold my beloved lbz and got an lzo ltz. I love it. It's solid
What size wheel you have and tire? I have an exact same truck but it’s a 2024. Thanks sik truck
Ay reppin the same hat but mine my gym hat I love it
I wish i could have gotten a suburban with the 3.0 diesel for my wife but the timing didnt workout. Maybe one day she can get an upgrade. Lol.
Absolutely love my LM2 Duramax Silverado!

I’m sure that one has it to if he holds unlock for 5 seconds
Kind of surprised you never did a video on the giveaway
Loved your content in the past, but just can’t watch with the shakes. I hope for a steadier vlog in the future
Didnt say what it qualifies for business owners
I hope the 1500 Diesel is your next giveaway
Pick up a small hand-held gimble. It'll remove virtually all of the shakes.
You didn’t talk about the tax part?? Is it over 6k?

Peep the description!
Do you have to add DEF in these also?

Yes
My coworker has had 2 of them. Both he had to lemon law. Probably bad luck but GM just doesn’t completely redesign an engine for no reason.
So I missed the part about the buisness owner benefits… or was it too shaky. Love the video and looks like a great truck.
You never added the info about the business tax things
Jack what happen to the 2024 Duramax . Haven’t seen it since you paint matched everything ?

Sold it!
Get a gimbal for your camera to steady it.
Timing belt has entered the chat
Still has an oil pump belt which is pretty god damn terrible. At least make it a chain bros come on.

Newer 5.0 coyote and 2.7 Ecoboost also use a belt for the oil pump. And oddly enough, Ford does not even list a replacement/inspection interval for them. At least GM recommends an inspection and/or replace @ 200k.
Wow. This channel is still doing the shaky nauseous camera work. Haven’t watched in a year. Typed this before he talked about the shaky camera.
Michael J Fox filmed this.
Let's go baby
that new camera setup is shaky as fuck
hey a camera with stabilization on a gimbal lol. CMON BRUH.
Where’s the LBZ. The shop is empty.

Been buying things that appreciate that can be claimed for depreciation versus depreciating purchase that I can depreciate. Life is chess my friend, not checkers
Skip to 3:00 if you want to hear about the truck. Correction 4:00
See ya in a couple months 👋
Who are you and what did you do to Jack!?

Jack with the high energy and the shaky camera 🤢 . Just use an iPhone next time 😊
All i got to say from experience working on them F the engineer that put that engine in that engine bay such a pain to work on
get a dji stabilizer stick the shaking in all your videos is bad. its like $90 bucks
great video, but please invest in a gimbal…
Nice truck til someone backs into it at walgreens. Or someone keys it.
Can I have it?
This review kinda sucked tbh, maybe the first one he recorded was better but damn that was a waste of time.
Wait until you get to 100k miles and have to replace the timing belt, $13k job at the dealer

😂
The big question is, did GM finally get their damn paint issue fixed. I’m on my third GM and it’s peeling like a son of a bitch and GM doesn’t think it’s a problem. By the way, that’s in three different states as well, so it’s not environmental factors. And this third one has never been in a car wash. So don’t start with that shit GM.
Omg the video quality and volume is horrible
I love that GM is the only major truck manufacturer offering a diesel for their 1/2 ton truck. I personally want a 2022+ AT4 with the diesel. Don't really care if its the LM2 or LZ0.
People who boast that they expense their vehicles often forget to mention that the money received from the sale of said vehicle in the future is 100% taxable income. Some of those same people think it's smart to piss away $100k because it saved $25k in taxes.
