In this movie, Heath Ledger also got chased by two police while dancing on the stairs. Heath Ledger is also the actor of Joker in the movie The Dark Knight (2008). So it's possible that the Joker (2019) movie got inspired by this movie, because Heath Ledger is also a Joker.

It’s a high school in Tacoma that I would go to if I don’t move away! The school is called Stadium High School! It’s a beautiful place, and me and my family visit the beach near there sometimes!

I saw this movie with my ex 5 years ago, and omg it's so beautiful. Her poem scene at the end always makes me tear up, and I'm a 26 year old man. It takes a lot to get me emotional, but this movie did it for me!

Heath Ledger was such a cutie without all that makeup on. So very talented as an actor, but also very good as a singer. He has a really beautiful voice. So sad because he was gone way too soon. We love and miss you Heath. R.I.P.

The one thing I love about this version is the cold accapella opening with no pitch given to start singing with - that takes real singing talent to pull off and not only start on pitch but stay on pitch which he did - I don’t know if he sang it or it was a stand in later, but wow

Also I noticed that he started it on b flat instead b natural. I believe that was the case to make it easy for the band to play since many band instruments natural key is b flat or e flat. The original is in the key of E, this rendition is a half step down in e flat.

Its like what would happen if you got a really good cast, a great script and a decent director? Probably the best teen romcom of the 90's ❤ To put this into perspective there were a sh*t tonne of rom coms in the 90s its like teen love and teen angst were all the rage. But this movie stood out not because of commercial success but because of the performances. Ledger, Stiles and Lovitt top class actors who as teens were simply a step up in competition for the typical teen fair. ❤😂

❤ He was one of the best actors in Hollywood. 😢
