The start of the holiday railfan season in the Bay Area is marked by the arrival of CalTrain's annual holiday train running up and down the peninsula the first weekend in December. As usual, a bunch of other railfans and I gathered at Santa Clara for the day to railfan CalTrain and Amtrak's Capital Corridor and Coast Starlight trains!

Awesome. I got the Holiday Train leaving San Francisco that day
