I talked about that exact play on my video, anthony edwards isn't forcing Nikola Jokic towards the double team and is letting him spin off him away from the double. That is awful coaching by minnesota, just like there absolutely horrific pick and roll defense in the 2nd half which I showed time and time and time again. I just feel completely defeated when nobody else says anything and allows these god awful coaches and schemes to get away with it and I am the only person talking about this. You showed one of the pick and rolls where Jokic had an easy floater right at the rim off of disgusting drop coverage and also if Aaron Gordon cut on that play he would have been wide open for a lob also. Like how is this ok? How does nobody say or do anything about this ever?

Jokic's mastery can be seen in that crucial play at 111 - 104 with only 85 seconds left. He could have attacked the rim right away; after all, he had Ant on him. But, he first focused on running the clock down & attacked with 7 seconds left on the clock. Pulls off a gorgeous move, shooting off his right leg, which caused Ant to run into him. Should have been an AND-1. Look how hard Ant body checks him, while he is shooting the ball. That was an ENORMOUSLY important bucket!

The Nuggets team IQ especially Jokic's is extremly high. Watch when they have the lead at the end of games and how they always piddle around with getting the ball inbounds. They will have the ref check the ball then drop the ball in play and no one touches it until necessary. I bet they take away close to 1-2 minutes of game clock. It's the little things that can make a huge difference.

This is what irks me about Minnesota's defense, as they are prided on being this great defensive team but seems to have errors often communicating and recognising match ups. The only thing they do is ball pressure with big wings. They got size near the basket but not enough IQ down there, and the nuggets are taking advantage.

the 2 man game also wasn't working in the middle of the court during game 1 and 2 because there's not that much of space and because of the pressure and double team so they bring it on the side and clear everyone so there will be room for jamal and it did work

Why people can't see this? When wolves up 2-0, they all thought it's over. They don't know what's coming for them. Mike Malone a genius coach, he would figure things out and turn the tables How can't people see that coming. I don't get it. Are casuals that dumb?

Respect them as a rival too much to say we have figured the defense out. This series is what playoff basketball is all about. No matter which team you support, we are all winning right now. Well, until Antman loses in game 5 and tosses another chair at someone.

The refs are really helping Denver too. Minnesota's defense can't be as aggressive when the whistle gets blown every 30 seconds.

Stop double teaming the Nuggets, it's only 1 guy that can not be stopped and that is Yocic. That's how they beat the Heat last year, passing out of double teams. Play man to man,and post Kat on offense, the bench and McDaniels need to start making those wide-open layups and jumpers. Conley also needs to get going.

You're not kidding. McDaniels will cover four to five different positions all over the court, while Gobert will literally just guard one small five foot circle.
