These videos are so helpful I have irregular periods have been trying to convince for a few years now.i started watching I’m looking for help bad .i am overweight but i have been overweight most of my life and my pregnancies.i am just glad to hear someone give more help besides weightloss

It is best to study and understand your menstrual cycle for at least 2-3 months before you start trying to conceive. But if you would like to go ahead, then your ovulation day is what you should be looking for and once you find that, go ahead and start trying. Good luck! 💙

How much times does the man have to break in me to get me a baby girl before ovulation, is it just once or more than...?

Not that easy for me because I bleed for at least 7-9 days & even if I try to have sex when I stop it can cause bleeding again so have to wait longer. This month we did have sex at least 4 days after I finished my period so it could encourage to conceive a baby girl. I am fertile for 7 days according to my Flo app & have the high ovulation day on day 5 out of 7. We are currently trying to conceive so will see if following my app works

No ma’m. You will have sex only one time throughout the day and throughout your fertile period. So Monday morning ONLY! No second attempt for the rest of the day and week.

If you supposed to get your period on day 15 and you in see your period and you end up and had sex on day 16 and you see your period on day 18 can you get pregnant
