Ma'am I have been trying to conceive for the pass 3 months, last month April my period was on day 13 , and this month may 10 it started again according to my calculation I minus 14 days from 28 days and I think I can start from 21.22.(23) 24.25 I think 23 is the day right, please ma correct me if I'm wrong I've been trying this for since over 4 months now thanks. LMP for last month was 27/04... this month had it on 27/05..is a 30 day cycle...so 30-14=16.. ovulation will occur on the 16 day of next cycle...thus 11/06..2days before..thus 9th and 10th(peak) and 2days after thus 12th and 13th... This is my fertile window

Hi! Thanks for watching ☺️ The math is very accurate but you have to do it every cycle. Your next ovulation will be based on your next cycle length from May to June. If you have another 30 day cycle length, then you may predict ovulation to be on the 16 day of your cycle☺️

14days before your next period is your ovulation I mean if your next period day is 25 of June, count back ,24,23,22,21,20,19,18,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,. 11 should be your ovulation day I hope you understand

From May 6 to May 31st will be another 26 day cycle. And your predicted ovulation day will be May 17. This means you are just about into your fertile window. From today until next Sunday you have the highest chance to get pregnant. Good luck 🙏🤍

I went to the doctor last September 2023 because I was having really really bad hurtful pain in my tummy while seen my menstrual. they told me that I have 3.4 cm cyst on my ovary . I really want to get pregnant because my husband and I been trying for while . Sometime I feel like I cannot give him a child. I also feel empty like I wanted to give up.I try the castor oil pack. . Anyway I have not been back to the Obgyn yet to check and seen if it is reduce or gone. I’m scared because I don’t want to get any bad news. Please help me.

@@funmilayofalex2435 this is normal but irregular. It is a type of irregular cycle also known as a variable cycle (varying cycles). You can use my other video to calculate your ovulation. The method from this video also works, you just have to make the effort to calculate your ovulation in every cycle. Like I mentioned, it is irregular BUT NORMAL because the numbers fall within 21-35.

Hi! It is not technically possible to menstruate without ovulating. However there are cases where a woman can experience “bleeding” from time to time and Not ovulate. This is common with Anovulation. This type of bleeding is not referred to as “period “ it is called an abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB). I hope this helps 🤍
