This is so incredibly beautiful. The cello becomes human in his hands. Those high notes give me chills. There's no separating the man from his beloved cello. Such insane talent.

Really like this video since it helped me realize what Chopin music is liked. To me it’s like looking at reflection of the soul in clear waters. Makes you shed tears due to its shear beauty.

The music, the instrument, the acoustics... together with the musician's deep feelings when he plays ... a masterpiece.

Words cannot express the love and talent this man has, is giving us food for our souls in a most lovely way!❤❤❤❤❤

Not quite so sacrilegious. The cave in which he plays has superb acoustics, the endpin of the cello is made of stainless steel, and the odd time that the water touches the lower bout is probably ok because of the water tight varnish on the wood. From one cello player to another…..

@@hubertsashegyi7537 Actually this is just playback, he isn't actually recording audio in the cave so you wouldn't know about the acoustics of the cave, the cave is just for scenery and aesthetics. There is a string ensemble that plays the intro and plays throughout the piece alongside a harp. It even says in the description that he performs with the London Symphony Orchestra.

He is one with his Cello, I simply admire, and love this man, his passion when he plays, is absolutely beautiful ❤

Lord thank you for giving us a hauser who plays the cello perfectly. No one can surpass his talents.He is a rare person performing his mission here on earth. HE IS GIVING US ALL THE HAPPINESS IN THIS WORLD THROUGH HIS MUSIC.

I am so happy that you made a classical album. This cello arrangement on this piece is incredibly moving, more than the piano it was intended for. The repeated introduction lured me in and the first part of the piece that has the sense of solemn sadness that sounded like a cry was played by you with a precision in dynamics and skills. The middle part that went on that haunting low notes and then came spiraling up just took my breath away. The ending just finally moved me to tears. Your last high note that you sustained with vibrato was exquisite, leaving me with a feeling of sorrow but with glimpse of light. You are a gift to the world, Houser!
