I wish I could’ve met you when you were at CFI. You seem to be really down to earth and a great person. I just found your channel and I’m glad you found a company that fits your lifestyle. Unfortunately, CFI has really gone downhill since Heartland Express buyout. But, everything happens for a reason. God works in mysterious ways and as long as we have faith in him we know we are taken care of. You’re right. We all have different situations. What does it matter if somebody is at a mega carrier or not? I feel like those that are putting the hate comments are the ones that are jealous. You have my support. Some people are so ugly inside they cant help but share their misery. They used to do it on channel 19, now they troll KZread and spew hate. You keep up being you & stay safe out there brother. I worked for Crete 20 yrs ago on the midwest regional fleet. I like the company, but found a bettrr opportunity where Im at now. Next month will be my 20th anniversary at this company (Dot Foods). I've been trucking since '92. Count me in as a subscriber.

Most of those negative people are are folks setting on there ass at home on the couch and the only life they have is watching channels and getting on us about stuff they can’t do their self. It’s not your fault they aren’t happy in life. Keep doin what your doin and don’t worry about the idiots out here brother. 💪🏼

There’s a good chance they’re sitting in their underwear in their mother’s basement adding hurtful comments to a whole bunch of videos. Warning to all my fellow drivers. Here's what happened. I have over 29 years of trucking. I drove for JB Hunt 16 years.drove for Crete 6years. went local yard drive( yard truck).5 years. Then I went to UPS. As a seasonal casual driver. Driving brown box. The season ended. I called Crete Carrier up because I wanted to go back on the road. They said they couldn't because I didn't have 1 year experience. Do not go local more. Then a year. If you do so and you have to fall back on OTR no company will take you that pays well

Yep, I’ve heard a few stories of folks going to a yard spotter position and then no company wanting to count that as relevant experience. I’ll have to do a video sharing my similar experience when I originally went to CFI. Thanks for the comment!

Before coming to Crete, he worked for Warner, and he makes more money now. And he likes how Crete Carrier has treated him since day one.

There are NO perfect companies to work for, I find Crete to be a really good company! BUT, there are always times that working for Crete sucks, BUT, very rarely!
