I prefer the plushies ones, especially that UK one

I like the animatronic because in the show, baby yoda is kind of unpredictable and the animatronic feels alive when you play with it.

yeah I remember as a kid that sound would always creep me out when my Furby made it. Without the sound I would have definitely bought him

Definitely, my family has the Hasbro one and it's smaller but much quieter.

I definitely prefer the little guy! I love his facial expressions since he can blink his eyes and he is quiet! The noise from the bigger one just grates on me 🤷‍♀️💚💚

I totally agree I asked my mom for one for Christmas but I do like that the mattel is remote control and can play hide and seek though but personally I like hasbro’s little baby yoda

I really want to wait for the marriage between the two Baby Yodas...I hope Mattel makes it because I like the face sculpt better..

I kind of agree with what you said about the mattel face sculpt

The smaller one is so much better. He actually looks like how a puppet moves.

Thank you for this comparison video. I received the Hasbro animatronic one from my son for Christmas and I love his facial expressions and movements, so much cuter than the larger mechanical sounding one. Sometimes simplicity is the best. He is more endearing, like the last episode of Mando 2! Merry Christmas everyone!

Love the little one from Hasbro, just wish his face looked more like the 11 inch plush from Mattel (like Fisher etc) and had a soft(er) body. Love the new Mattel one does a lot, I like the 11 inch Mattel face better (again).

I think i prefer the husbro s one because he is more cute than mattel s ....but o have to say that mattel s have fun too

I think I’m going to get my emotional support Baby Yoda from Hasbro,

I always wanted the Hasbro version but the price was a bit high for my budget. I happened to find it at Target for 70% off. Let's just say, I finally have one.

I was going to get hasbro animatronic but now I’m not sure 🤔 this is what I like Mattel Talking Plush: Bigger More control over him He plays hide and seek Hasbro Animatronic: More quiet Better at the force He blinks and closes his eyes He sleeps

I hope Disney gets Spinmasters to make a Baby Yoda. They did an awesome job with the animatronic Legendary Master Yoda years ago. Or even get Sphero to make one, they made the best remote control R2D2s ever made.

Thanks So Much for making this!! I was having buyers remorse when I saw the size of the Mattel one; but damn that is Loud! I'm now very Happy I have the more realistic little Hasbro cutie!

I have found that if I touch the Hasbro animatronic baby on the top of the head while he is asleep, he will make more sleepy noises and not wake up as long as I leave him laying down

Wow there's a pretty big size difference. The Hasbro one is a little cuter in my opinion but I like them both. The little gibberish sounds he makes are adorable. Not only does he nap but he snores too? Oh my gosh. The Mattel has a remote with is pretty cool. He moves pretty well. Haven't heard about the Baby Yoda arm problem but then again your BY videos are the only ones I watch. I think the Hasbro one is my favorite of the two. *Great video 😎*

Do you know why some of the Mattel ones comes with the Mythosaur necklace and some don't??? I ordered one for my sons upcoming 10th birthday from Target online and it has a slightly different packaging and doesn't come with the necklace, just the controller.

Thanks. Good video. I didn't know there was a larger Mattel version, but I wouldn't buy it anyway because of the loud motor sounds. It ruins the effects for me, plus the noise when it's moving around, it just looks like it's on wheels, which it is. I got lucky and got the Hasbro version for $19.97 CDN, on clearance at Costco. It's cute but I'm sure it will be a dust collector.

we have the 7" little dude (from Amazon Australia) that my 5 yo begged me for, then not long after that he kinda lost interest (or may even be a bit scared of him) despite this I have decided to buy a Mattel one from Amazon (the big plush The child) for MYSELF, and my son is now begging for the one that rolls along the floor (I believe the one you have on the right here) but I don't like the chances of my son getting it since he lost interest in his first GroGu way too quickly. ... maybe when he's older. Sigh at least I am glad he loves Star Wars like me :D

The right eyelid always came down a bit on the little cute one 😅

I prefer the smaller one, less motor noise, and IMO considering the species is only about 2 feet or so as adult, I think 7 or 8 inch is appropriate for an infant. :)

The shirt I made by putting the patch on it. I got the patch from Etsy, but they person doesnt sell it anymore. The pants are from Target.

this is the latest vid i could find to tell u i just got a baby yoda advent calendar! it has stationary in it. I wondered if you would want one i found it on Amazon UK as i live in England not sure if it is on the US amazon but it was 15 pounds which is about 17 dollars it is really worth it as it i big and thick not to be pushy but i thought maybe you could get it and at the start of every vid in December you could open a door and quickly review it or open them all at once and make a whole video about it, love ur vids!!! i am team Hasbro. ❤❤❤

It is the same Hasbro animatronic, just with a bag. So you are paying an extra $20 just for the bag.

See Rad, would you recommend getting the Hasbro Animatronic or the new Mattel Premium (the smiling one)? It comes at the same price point for me (shipping costs a lot to my country) and I can only buy one of them at the moment. Just worth to mention I purchased Mattel's classic plush (the most known one).

It is only sold legitimately on ShopDisney, in Disney Stores, and at Target (also online Target). I have seen it on Amazon but it is from 3rd party sellers who jack up the price.

They need to tweak these two have the animatronic less loud and the Hasbro baby cute yoda more functions but cuter and movable no loud noise more silent

Some company needs to make a $300+ animatronic version, it will sell like crazy. Heck, if some company make a $2,000 version it would sell like mad.
