So lucky to see him live! And now, each day I try to watch 1 or 2 of his videos just to be able to laugh out loud at life’s absurdities!!

William Costigan which is why I park away from the store. If the place has cart corrals I park as close as possible to one of them but on the far side. I’d rather walk a mile in the hot sun than close to the front where I could get my door dinged lol and I only drive a 7 yr old golf but it’s in perfect condition 👌🏻

Once, I was visiting a friend at an apartment complex that had a pool and jacuzzi. There was a 30 something mom with her two kids, boy-girl 8ish. They were off to the side doing their own thing. I went into the jacuzzi for 5 minutes, then she and her two kids came over and went right in. It was uncomfortably close, so I immediately got out. Who brings their kids into a hot tub right next to a strange man? The fuck.

This show is from Atlantic City last September at the Borgata. Sebastian was making fun of us because we were at the 5 o’clock show and he was calling us all old .It was a great show and the guy who open for him killed it..

I love his "angry" style humor.

Bro i sprint to on 12. Its not called creating attention in the gym. Its called hitt cardio. Its extremely good for fat loss and stamina and over all health. Its a Amazing way to get in shape. If someone can run on 12 for 20 seconds. Trust me their not creating attention. That means they have done it for a while and have stamina. If they were trying to create attention they wouldn't be able to do it or they would fly off. I normally do this outside. But in the winter its cold and snows so i do it inside 3 times a week. Def not trying to attract attention hahaha.

The "big" public gyms with $10 memberships are getting really hard to deal with. It's like trying to exercise at Walmart. I was swimming laps in the pool and a guy literally got in the same lane as me and started swimming right next to me like we were competing for the right to use the lane. At first I was so stunned I didnt know if I should be mad that they were this stupid and rude or if they had some sort of mental disability I wasn't allowed to get mad about.

That whisper voice he does when he’s just dumbfounded is so fucking funny 😂😭😂

​@@realitylime4896 Everybody is impressed by someone running 100 miles. On the other hand, powerlifting is kind of a loser sport. Nobody cares about it, you can't make any money at it, and most powerlifters are fat and ugly. It's incredibly unhealthy in many cases due being fat and using steroids.

As a "retirement job," I worked at a hotel for a couple years, and one of my duties was cleaning the hotel gym. Sebastian hits the nail on the head with his "what are those compartments for?" I would be sanitizing those in the treadmills, and wondering, "What the heck are all these for? Who *uses* these?!!" And they were such a pain to get down inside of, and clean! More "gym humor" is the guy who's using the free weights and is so into watching himself in the mirror! Oh, Lawd; when I would be walking past the windows and see that I would have to laugh! 😂 "You in love with yourself? What's going on, here?" You go, Sebastian! Call us humans out on all those questions everybody has, but nobody wants to ask or answer! 😄

Sometimes when I'm on the elliptical I'll catch someone sitting in the freeweight area, on one of the benches and holding one of the larger dumbbells. They look like that statue 'The Thinker'. I continue to watch for several minutes as they hold this exact position, then put down the weight, get up and leave!
