Texas showed what good people are capable of when bad things happen to us. Very proud to call Texas home.

Don't forget the Louisiana folks who came to help!
This were really dark days for us houstonians may god bless all of the affected and thank you too everybody that risked their lives trying to help rescue people
May we all be able to grow stronger together one day 💯🤦🏾♂️
It was way more than 50 inches. 50 inches was the lowest amount some areas received. I heard that some scientists believe that 60-70 inches is how much rain actually fell.
The human chain really hit me cause those people saved that elderly man’s life from drowning. If it wasn’t for those people he wouldn’t be here. I thank them for their hard work and effort💖 God really sent his angels down.
OMG... I couldn't imagine losing my parents that way... but it can happened to any of us... my heart goes out to her..

Well done NYT!
I live here in Houston and one thing I do know is that they need to stop tearing down the trees and wetlands because that’s where they are building the new houses and that’s where the water will stay
Great Video.
Quality reporting guys 👌
Sometimes I wonder how we could get through those hard times. 🌟

May the American people overcome this difficulty
Even for people in a code red medical emergency, there were not enough helicopters and there were zero ambulance boats in most areas of this city, so you have to prepare for extreme heat and flooding here.

They're called spirituals. Blacks have been singing "that music" for a long, long time.
They didn't tell these people how bad this storm would be this why so many people suffer it wasn't their fault that they stayed in reality

Trump pulled us out of the Paris Climate agreement. Trump pushes Right-wing propaganda that denies science. Trump said, "What a crowd!" when he visited. I could go on.
The NY Times blames the storm on Russia and Trump.

Well, it's kinda obvious. It's Russia's fault.
