    I was amazed that one calendula plant I had transplanted into a pot next to the house because it didn’t look happy in the garden last summer, survived the winter! Am in South Carolina but we had several frosts and once had a hard freeze for over 12 hours yet she has already given me one flower this Spring!

    I grew around 50 plants this year on purpose to have to add to my comfrey salve recipe. I didnt realize some of the additional benefits you listed. I love learning about the herbs God provided for us! I tried my comfrey salve (w/calendula) on a cold sore a few months ago and it was the fastest and best healing I've ever experienced.

    I just found your channel today from Homesteading Family video you did, I subscribed. I like your cheerful and informative way of conveying information. It's wonderful how respectfully & kindly you treat your child, sadly not all parents do that. She will no doubt have good self esteem when she grows up and choose a mate who treats her respectfully & kindly.

    Last year, my neighbors weed-eated my lawn after I'd asked them not to at least twice. They wound up killing my lavender, my dill, and both of my calendula plants before I could get any seeds from any of them.

    That's sad and it makes me angry for you. They are trespassing on your property. I encourage you to try talking to them again. Let them know you appreciate their kind gesture {if that's what it really was}, and tell them very firmly DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN. Perhaps they are not doing it for you out of kindness, but only for self serving purposes if they just don't like the' look' of your herbs which look 'weedy' to them.

    Hi! So glad I found your channel! I have a question about your garden beds, I'm want to put in raised beds and noticed you are using what looks like a galvanized metal and was wondering about using that myself for herbs and vegetables. Do you have any concerns about the safety? I would love to have your thought on this? Thank you so much!! I love your channel! ❤

    Not going to second guess the herbal information, just suggesting that you also see a pelvic floor specialist for PT if you possibly can. They aren't "just" PT, they really know how to help. It's made a world of difference for me - given that I had some negative after effects following a complete hysterectomy, then a bladder sling surgery a few months later.

    I have a formula called Bladder Toner that helps to strengthen the bladder but I think Ahuva is right. A good pelvic floor specialist PT would be a good idea. Sometimes a mechanical issue benefits most from a good mechanic. :0) Doc Jones homegrownherbalist.net/about-the-school/

    So what herb or herbs are good for a slow growing breast cancer?

  • @HomeGrownHerbalist

    @HomeGrownHerbalist

    2 жыл бұрын

    For cancer, I don't recommend herbs as a replacement for medical intervention. But there are some herbs that, if used at the proper times and in the proper ways so as not to interfere with medical stuff can be helpful. Those discussions are a bit too lengthy and deep for a youtube comment. but we do cover it in the school. Shoot me an email Jean. Doc Jones homegrownherbalist.net/about-the-school/
