Once again you have been an excellent tradecraft teacher. You not only teach technique, but also patience.
The flax spinning, and making the eye hole in the antler piece made me realize how they came up with needles and thread as well as hunting. Lovely fish, and here's me making supper, 😂😭. Oh well, pork chops are also nice. 😑
I'm just six years old, and love watching your videos, Will. I'm looking forward to seeing you at the Bushcraft Show!

Awesome thank you come and say hi
I tried to remove a billet from an elk antler not too long ago, using flint flakes. I made it about 18 seconds before I realized the enormous task it would be to complete. Hours upon hours. I decided to table that project for another day… or week… or month. Baby steps.
Mr Lord, I do not think you could even put a nail through them fingers. Thankyou for letting us live vicariously with you. Much respect and envy of your experience. 🍻
Thank you for taking us into the Stone Age and humbling us as to their mastercraft!
Just watched a youg chap frying stuff with a modified 2kw tower mounted lazer in his woodland property, this was the perfect antidote! Having scratched about with bits of flint, fiber and antler in the past I can really appreciate the hours spent and the skill involved, wonderful stuff Will. Hope that pike didn't taste too muddy 😁
I've seen people comment on using antlers not knowing deer and elk shed them.😂 as always i enjoyed the video.
👋🏻Saludos desde Saltillo Coahuila Mexico 👍🏻!!!!
We all need more videos like this please
wow! amazing! from the twine, to the feathers, so educational Will. thanks so much 4 granting me domain!🍀👍👍👍 if my Sister was still around, She'd be singing!!
I enjoy watching your video A lot, I learn a considerable Amount from you, Thank You.
Long ago I heard that creating cordage was a womans job amongst the natives of Australia. De reason they gave was that women had smooth upper legs so no hairs would be pulled out. Not sure how correct this information was back then but it does make sense. A man's naked leg is far to hairy to "rub' a piece of string on. So this would also have been the case for European stone age people I would think.
Lovely patient demonstration of the task. Thank you.
Thanks for taking us along!!
Truly awesome thanks for sharing. From Georgia USA
Seeing someone walking in the woods dresed like You I Would say "Great cosplay" :) And also great video.
Awesome brother will 💯👍😀
Another Master class. Thank you.
Thank you for all you do to teach us useful things. Hugs and blessings 💜💜☮️
Absolutely amazing. Thanks for sharing this knowledge.
Coarse fish would have been really important as a source of protein in ancient times. East Anglia hadn’t been drained and it was teeming with fish…..I wonder how early it was when Britons fished with artificial flies…in the meantime that harpoon-arrow is deadly.🎣
Your talent is amazing and thank you for the video it was awesome
Depending on the distance you shoot, I don't put fletching on my fish arrows
That works amazing!
Loved this Will!

It's a good Way to catch fish. But how do you keep from losing arrows.
Hey brother, do you heat treat your Flint or do you just work with the flint raw? I really enjoy watching your videos and your content! Cheers
Awesome! Nice Catch, I've never tried Pike I was saying to Myself Earlier - Was it Nice and how did you cook it Up ?

Yes it was a pike mate but it cost me the arrow shaft I didn’t think of connecting the point and the shaft together
Great job Will. Lovely video. Remember that the focus will be on any eyes in frame! If you show something close up, then get yer peepers out of sight of the camera.
