Is there a way to pulling out an Accentra insert without the service rail? Many authorized dealers don't have it and it is very expensive to buy

how do replace the auger motor?

Is this service rail universal?

I recently had my brand new p35i installed a week ago and I continue to smell wood burning smell inside my house. I’ve put a good 8 hours in the unit and burned a whole bag of premium pellets. What could be the issue? Also tried other types of pellets and still get the burning smell. It gets worse as the unit is about to shut down…. Please help

Do all of this every 2 weeks or you will be buying part after part. Pellet stoves run better dirty, but if they are dirty too long the stove gets used to it. Once you free everything up and there’s no restrictions parts start to fail.

How often should this type of maintenace be done?

Does anyone know of a good installation video for this stove and its zero clearance box?

They said the blower was "whisper quiet." I don't know what they definition of "whisper quiet" is, but this insert is very loud. I have to turn the tv volume very high in order to hear over the fan. Other than than, it's a fine product.

Hi +Patricia Martin. Regular maintenance of the fan and stove will prevent fans from getting louder and will maintain proper functionality of the stove as well. +HarmanStoves I clean it twice a week. My local dealer doesn't seem to know much about this stove, although that's where I bought it.

I undid my latches and this thing is not budging...is there a trick to pulling out an Accentra Insert?

Hi Allan, thanks for reaching out! The Accentra inserts are slid into place using a gasket, so other than those latches, nothing else is holding the insert in place. They are heavy and not very easy to get out once they’re put in place unfortunately. We would recommend having an authorized dealer out to do the service. I’ve had 2 “ authorized dealers” cost me 400 for nothing they knew nothing about this stove Anyone get theirs out after unlatching the latches

Way too much cleaning and maintenance to get half the heat of a coal unit..I run my coal furnace all winter with no cleaning of maintenace involved..Put coal in..empty the ash pan..Clean it once a year
