Excellent as always! I think this bass belongs on the top 3 basses in HB bass lineup regarding features, price and sound.
The Harley Benton MM84A is a superb bass guitar records superbly and covers just about any genre you can think of. One owner actually said its 4 bass guitars in one body and he is not wrong.

What makes the difference between a real Music Man bass and this clone? I really don't understand why a Music Man is 20 times more expensive. Any comments?

A lot has to do with brand value besides better Hardware and craftsmanship. Sort of like why walmart shoes cost 10 bucks and well made leather shoes 500

Yup... Spending more on Brand name. Harley Benton may use cheaper hardware but they are above the quality you find on Epiphone and some Ibanez and Fender Squires. If you can't afford that $250,000 + automobile... at least what you own now does the job for your wants and needs. Unless you only own a push bike .. then that's a different story...
