No, if they listened, they'd hear truth through his humor. Imo, a more brilliant humorist than Dick Gregory. Why, because everyone listened to him and tried to understand what he was making fun about.

Cruzer agree entirely with you. If you do this today your a racist or worse. We should all laugh a lot more at each other and ourselves and then it doesn't matter what colour your friends are there just the same as you. It doesn't get much better than this show. , black or white so much respect and fondness for one another., love them all.

What a cast of characters here for the 1st segment: Carol O'Connor, Red Foxx, Mama Cass Eliott, Don Rickles, Gene Kelly, Dick Martin, Dean Martin.

Nipsy was CLASSIC !! I am now 55 and remember well ! @13:30....LMFAO !!! also @18:31 Flip Wilson classic !!!

Nipsey was huge in his time. We all white folk always watched his shows way back then in my circle of whities.

one of my favourite of nipsey roasts is of dennis weaver when he said u know general custer was black when he was surrounded by all the indians in the world waiting for him at little bighorn then he turned white. R.I.P. nipsey.

That was a nice jab at Lucy from Nipsey. At @ Nipsey makes a point to remind the audience. That in all the years Lucy had her show on TV. Lucy never had a black person on the show! Lucy must of been a racist of some kind. But lots of white folks were naturally racist back in the day! If I recall my nursing courses. Penicillin was discovered thru moldy bread not cheese. Did Nipsey ever date, was he married, straight or gay?
