Hardcore Thai Massage Satisfyingly CRACKS My Broken Back

Ойын-сауық

Thanks to Raycon for sponsoring the vid - go to buyraycon.com/xiaomanyc for 15% off your order! Anyway, I have near constant back pain caused by too much sitting and too many deadlifts and so I decided to try getting a Thai massage, which is famous for quite literally stretching your body to its limits, to see if it could help. Fern, the proprietor of one of New York City’s only authentic Thai massage parlors and master Thai massage therapist, gave me much of the massage personally and I learned that she is quite strong. We tried many different types of Thai massage including stretching, back walking, deep tissue, and four hands.

You can get an oil massage if the pain isn't really for you as well for 100 baht more. Just one tip: don't haggle over the price, I've seen so many Indian tourists try this and it's super disrespectful.

Whenever I have a really sore neck or back, I go get a Thai massage. They know how to fix it. I might have a high tolerance for pain, but I personally don't think it is unusually painful, except for a few very specific areas for me (calf muscles and inner thigh). When it does hurt it is definitely a "good hurt". It really helps range of motion, too.

During a similar massage at a cuddle therapist I usually need to be reminded to breath because I otherwise forget to do so and also hold my breath. With some of the painful moments I definitely need to be reminded to breath because my body otherwise stays much more tense.

Thai massages are amazing. They look scary but they are incredible. The intense pressure forces blood to refresh all the muscles and the stretching is great for tendons. I am not sure what school these ladies were trained at but generally the students of Wat Po are normally considered the best. Wat Po is a massive Thai temple in Bangkok which also has a massage training school.

I suffer from chronic Gluteus Medius Syndrome, and while there is no way I could withstand a full Ms. Fern massage, like a 1/4 strength Thai massage looks like it would be absolutely divine! I just can't stretch enough to really stretch out the damaged tendons and muscle, this however, looks like it would hit all the right spots (gently, because dang!).

I can relate. I sit all day and I did the cobra stretch one time and the relief was insane and i felt a few tears. My only regret is that I didn't hold it in until I'm 40 and then go to a professional for chronic pain. The relief on that would be so good.
