Harbor freight cargo basket and roof rails initial impressions. Is it a good value or junk?

I bought this rack in 2021. Haven't taken it off my car since I bought it. No rust. Still sturdy. Just a bit of paint coming off. I live in the PNW 😁

Thank you for that feedback. I too live in the PNW. I plan on sanding and repainting before actually using it. I noticed a few rub marks just from the cardboard packaging.
Replace the screws That come with it with higher quality makes a huge difference
I have no cargo to haul on the top of my 21 Explorer Timberline BUT........I just want one for the rugged appearance it provides. I just like the looks of the basket. Great vid Sir!

the excess rail length i could see strapping fishing rods across.. get red end caps so people maybe see it and dont lose an eyeball running into them..
I have the fat crossbars hoping it will fit
When people add stuff on their rooftop and complain about noise. Lawls
do they have a bigger center part of the rack to make it a bit longer if needed?

I used my Ryobi 18v reciprocating saw with a metal cutting blade, or hacksaw blade.
Why the he#% do you have so much on youre roof 😂
