What a great idea! I was shocked when you said you suffer from anxiety and fear of social events--you are so outgoing and genuine. More power to you for making these videos for the rest of us to enjoy. Kudos!
Hi! I know this is an older video but I was looking for ways to store/save letters and happy mail that I've received over the years... I have literal BOXES of beautiful mail, sitting in my closet. It hurt my heart that I didn't have a way to properly keep them and be able to look through them - until I found your video last week! I made mental notes of what you used to create the pockets and got the supplies and I've been working on it ever since!!! It's ADDICTIVE and I LOVE IT!!! It's absolutely wonderful to be able to go through each piece of mail and find what I'd completely forgotten about, from handmade goodies to ephemera to beautifully written letters/cards. I'm rediscovering the things I otherwise wouldn't have been able to go through if it wasn't for your video. Basically, what I'm trying to say is... THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful binder and for inspiring me to do something very similar! If I ever make a video about it or post it to my social media (which is hardly anything anymore lol), I'll be sure to credit you! Thank you again for sharing your loveliness and I hope you're staying healthy and safe!!!!
I love it! I have saved a lot of my stamps also from pen pals I have had over the years. This is a great way to use them now I think I will do this! Thank u! I will be sending happy mail too.. been meaning to but I keep forgetting! Thanks for sharing!
This is such a great idea. I have all the cards my (now adult) kids have ever given me for birthdays etc and they are just in a drawer. Now I'm going to do this with them! And another folder with the ones from my hubbie!

Becky Gotch1 oh I'm so happy I could help give you an idea!! It sure is a fun project to work on - takes a fair bit of time and fiddling around with the plastic sleeves, but well worth it :) thanks for watching lovely!
Wonderful idea. So pretty and fun.
oh my I love love love this idea!!! thanks for sharing
My daughter just so her pocket letter the she send to adele she was so happy.
What an awesome idea Adele. Thanks for sharing 💗
Love the way you put this together!
Thanks so much for sharing Adele....such a nice idea Really look forward to your videos :)
I like your ideas, I'm going to organize mine too
These binders are so awesome!
This is absolutely beautiful!
Awesome idea ... I love you channel!! I have my letters in a Smashbook! Kinda similar though cause you can still view them, touch and fell em!!
Wedding cards!!! All the cards my husband and I got for our wedding last year are sitting in a box, never looked at. I have a new project now!!
Aw! I love it!!! That is an adorable way to keep letters and cards. Keep us updated on these binders! They are beautiful! Can you do a quick video on how to make those wonderful dividers? Are they based on Shannon Green's 5 x 5??? What a beautiful memento and keepsake!!!! I just have been collecting another pile of miscellany to send down to you from Alabama! I'll get it together to post office soon! Lol!!! Love to you & Aaron Poppet & Freida and of course, the star attraction, Baby Toomey! PS I have to tell you that my Jewish mother in law Isabell rubbed off on me and I won't send baby presents until after the baby is born. That's a Jewish tradition so as not to cast an "evil eye" on the birth of the little one. So I have to apologize in advance; I know it's somewhat archaic but it has rubbed off on me and I just can't do it. So after Baby Toomey is born you will be awash in baby stuff from me. But before hand, not so much. Just wanted you to know where my weirdness is coming from. But love you big time and big bunches!!!!!
Uh oh. I see yet another tool in my future. I would love to make a folder for those odd shaped bits of art that I don't necessarily want to physically stick in my art journals. Love the idea of shaker windows etc. You are such a talented lady! Thank you so much for sharing not only your art and creativity, but your life as well. There are a lot of us out here who struggle with all sorts of mental illness, or just good old fashioned stress. It's always a great feeling to find not just your creative peeps, but your tribe as well. Lotsa love - Annie

Annie Morris aww thanks Annie! That means a lot ❤️ it's been a blessing to receive such beautiful happy mail, and this folder is a great way to remind myself that there's a whole lot to be grateful for on those down days. I'm looking forward to doing a similar thing with past Christmas cards too. It's also quite freeing to be open with my mental health issues now and I hope that it can help even just one other person to smile and know that they're not alone in any struggle they may have 😊 I've definitely found my tribe on here! Thanks so much for your love and support x
I keep my pocket letters in a folder but hand't thought to keep cards and regular letters. I need to redo my folder now LOL. I love this, thank you for sharing it. And please do the tutorial.
I so appreciate this video!! I have just started exchanging pocket letters, and I didn't know what to do with the ones I have received. I am looking for more pen pals, so I know that I'll need some storage. Thank you for a great idea and a peek behind the curtain.
Thank you Adele. I'm going to store my Christmas cards this way. xoxo
Good job! They are indeed treasures!!!! :)
i love this idea!! i have a ton of happy mail and postcards just in a box and this is a beautiful way to display it all
What an awesome idea!!!!
Thanks for sharing your binders Adele, it's a fabulous idea and it will be cool to see how they grow and develop over time! You deserve every bit of kindness, mail and goodies you are sent.
love this! thanks for sharing!

This is wonderful! I've been looking for a way to combine journaling I've done on several different sized papers and this has given me a jumping off point! I love watching all your channels and you are such an inspiration.

Hi Adele, what a great video! I spotted my letter in the Europe section! What a lovely way to keep the things folk send you. It shows that you really do treasure these things!! I've never seen anything like that before and you must have spent a long time creating it, hope you have a nice day, Helen xxx

Helen Parkar oh yay!! I'm so glad! It has taken a number of months working on this, but I'm so glad that I now have everyone's mail somewhere I can easily flip through it, before I had it all in a box which was great for keeping it all together, but frustrating when I wanted to look through them. This is def one of my fav projects I've done :) thinking of doing the same idea with past birthday cards next...one day! Thanks for your happy mail :)

Inkie Quill its an amazing idea and I'm definitely thinking of doing something similar, H x
love it and will try to do this
What an awesome project Adele and great keepsake :) I can only imagine how lovely it must be to sit back and go through the albums xo
Oh this is just delightful! :) I am glad you liked the hand lettering on my envelope :) how cool that you keep all this and are able to look through it when you need a boost. I use my Heidi Swapp memory planner as a joy journal for recording a short happy "gem" in each day. I really should look back through mine more often as a pick me up.
You are so adorable Adele!!!!
thank you for sharing!! love love love and yes love to see how to do the backgrounds
Thanks Adele!! Sure do love watching your vlogs. 💕 This was fabulous. Has given me ideas on how to store birthday cards. I recycle Christmas ones into December daily hahaha, but Birthday cards like this would be fab. Cheers! - Alyson xxx 🌻🌻🌻
This is such a great idea and an awesome way to keep happy mail!! :)
Hi Adele! So glad you got mine. I see it on page 2 (the photograph with the adirondack chairs in Newfoundland) and the heart sequins! I was wondering if you had received it, as I have not received anything back :( I'm hoping you will be replying to everyone? Looking forward to hearing. Cheers from Canada! Love that I made your book!
I'm thinking this would be a great way to save all the cards my kids have received throughout the years (bday, xmas, Easter, etc.)
this is great!!
That long place name in Wales confuses many folk their are youtube videos on it, but it's commonly known as Llanfair PG.
I love this!! I'm a member of Postcrossing and all of the cards I've received are hidden away in a box.... might have to buy a fuse tool and steal your idea!
Would love a tutorial! This is a really good idea, doing this with Christmas or Birthday cards would be awesome, I think I'll try that!

Sabby it's so fun!! I'm going to try it with Christmas cards to...on the ever growing list of future projects hehe! Thanks for watching :)
How did you make a slit for the Texas postcard to pull it in and out but then still fuse it above the card? Can you put anything in the horizontal shaker pocket right above it? Love your creativity
Super lovely ideas ! How did you make the smaller plastic stuff ? It looks like normal one but did you DIY them ?
aw!!! those are just lovely keepsakes to save and hold on to!! and when your little inklets grow up and try to think mr and mrs rad are in fact NOT rad, you can prove them wrong! just whip out these bad boys and BAM! lol! you are loved!! ps - we've moved since i sent your mail last year...so...go ahead and destroy my address, so sorry!!!
Sorry for so many questions lol. Do you remove the stamps from the paper completely or just cut around it before using it to decorate your binder cover?
Please do a tutorial on the backgrounds! They look great!
How did you do the flip up update to add a fourth postcard?
What is that melting tool called and where can I buy it
Omg second person to comment and plz do tutorial
