Interesting video! We are an active couple in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! We are doing research for our new KZread channel and hope to inspire others. Learned a lot here. Thank you!

Love this! I’m grateful for having found out about the Happiness Advabrage!! It couldn’t have come at a better time!! Was feeling really bad and it really helped me and made me feel better!! 🙏🏻❤️ Also…..I’m one of those people who actually LOVED the lock downs!! 😂😂😂 As an introvert, it was awesome that I did not have to find excuses as to why I couldn’t come to social gatherings because there were no social gatherings and I could just be home alone in peace!! 👍🏻😂😂 Also, it ws quiet outside, especially at night, so I slept like a baby! And it was quiet in the house in general too because no one had visitors! And I loved going out on walks because there were no crowds!! And also viditing the art museums during the pandemic was SO AWESOME because there would only be like 1-3 other people and you could look at the art in peace for as long as you wanted, conpletely unbothered and it was quiet, instead of people chatting loudly about completely unrelated things, like usually. Really enjoyed it!! I felt really grateful!! 👍🏻😍😂😂😂
