Finally someone who points to our true nature through the lens of neurochemistry, thanks ever so much. May all the human mammals be happy, may they bring balance back to Gaia
What a brilliant work through dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin and endorphins. Love the laughing - to stimulate endorphins!
Professor, Breuing, your work has created a brilliant light on our nature that could help illuminate great change in our consciousness.

Geez.. all sounds so intellectual... I had years of depression.. then once I started reading the Bible and Trusting God and his word.. he has hundreds of Bible verses that say Give Thanks in all things.... I wake up everyday and choose to be happy and grateful.. my favorite verse is “This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be Glad I it””” it’s that simple.. we can choose to be happy...

I'm glad it was that simple for you and you have found your answer. A lot of us are still working on it and videos like this are really helpful.

All making sense until Cesar Milan was referenced. Not the best trainer in my opinion, coercive methods promoted rather than positive reward-based training.
