I still have mine from when it first came out. It’s in a box, haven’t used it in years. It fell and the back opening got messed up but it works perfectly fine when playing games.

just curious.. how did you know battery was buggered? I am looking at sourcing a new PSP as mine is dying but now your point concerns me.. a new one could have a bad battery cause they were manufactured a decade ago. That said, mine has a problem with the joystick.. everything else ok.. and i hadn't used mine for 5 years, now am really back into it and bought a lot of games.. however mine from 2008 and battery still seems fine.. charges fine and plays for hours on battery.. so how would i know if there is any danger to it?

In my case the battery was bulging out so much I couldn't get the back cover on. I wouldn't worry too much if you don't mind the thought of needing to buy a new battery to go with it. It will either not work or just plain not fit if the battery is bad.

@@JasonValentineFL Oh yeah no issue at all spending the cash for a battery.. They are so cheap.. It was more of a question on how to know when to do that, and you answered it.. There is no heat or swelling in my PSP so i presume the battery is fine then. I managed to track down a new yellow one from Japan, will check battery first thing when it arrives. Cheers for the help.

The UK\EU Hannah Montana edition comes with a pink & purple psp bag, Hannah Montana strap and the game. No stickers or UMD video like the USA edition :(

Thinking about buying this one or the InviZimals vibrant blue off of Amazon, I really like this color.

Yeah, I really like this color. The InviZimals blue looks good too. Mine and one other person that got a NIB Hannah Montana bundle both had bad batteries. So just be aware these NIB old PSP's might need a new battery (they are pretty cheap though) I suspect they might have been sitting in a hot warehouse somewhere for too long.

Even if you end up with a good battery, it might be nice to have a backup that you can swap out when you get low. 👍

This camera can produce some amazing footage with the right know-how. But it also succeeds in making my half-assed, poor lighting setup look somewhat decent. It is also capable of 4K at 30 frames, but if you don't have an immediate need for a new camera, i'd hold out until prices come down and we can find a 4K at 60fps for a decent price.

Well, I'd imagine my battery probably exploded in a sweaty hot unfulfillment warehouse. But the nice thing is that you can get replacement batteries for the PSP. Unfortunately with the VITA, you can get batteries, but it requires opening sensitive components.

The psp battery was about to explode? Because it was hot for being sealed this many years?

+323GONZALEZ Not sure if it was due to being stored in a hot warehouse for many years, or just the simple fact that the battery had never been used for so many years. Usually they like to be broken in.

Not sure how specific you mean, but... I know there are devices that look similar to PSP being sold, they don't play PSP UMD disc games though, usually just emulators. Or if you are referring to the Hannah Montana edition, I think someone is making an aftermarket replacement shell that looks really similar to the official Hannah Montana metallic lilac color.

Hack that psp and put in emulators lol. Nice i have the castlevania dracula x chronicles too. Love to play the original rondo of blood and not the remake xD .
