Hanging Pet Cage

This cage is made from almost all recycled garbage save for the 2x4s. Everything gets a coat of linseed oil. Linseed oil not only being a good sealer but is also safe for my pets. The trim is not only decorative but functional. Functional in that if there were a cold breeze to come in through the studio my rats can use these barriers as a shield from the cold. I am so glad to have Toasty and Little Miss with me in the studio, where I can keep an eye on them.

Love the work. Saw you on Road Abode. Subscribed for the rats. Great play cage so they can join you in the studio. Glad to see such excellent craftsmanship executed for my favorite furry friends!
From a veterinary point of view , and i'm a vet, this is way too small . Plus pallet wood is toxic to rat and rodents in general , and on top of that you add polish to it which is filled with chemicals.
