Thank you for making some training videos since I have been wanting to learn hand to hand. I am practicing the blocks for now to get it to muscle memory. But since I have no one to train on nor dummy it may be a bit unrefined and rough around the edges.

Two questions can u block like that when u fight a boxer or a kick boxer what blocks work and how to u block there attacks and two how do u block someone swinging on u

There are many more types of strikes in our system. These are just the Level 1 basic techniques.

Go to our website listed in the comments and then go to "student forms". The Ik-Kyu test has a listing of the more advanced kicks and hand strikes.
