Damn. When the Terminators really do rise up, I know exactly who I'm blaming. This is absolutely gorgeous work man!
As a metal fabricator I’ve got to hand it to you, this is incredible. Your attention to detail is astounding, you should be really proud of this.

even just as a welder over here, VERY MUCH AGREE.
This is completely unbelievable!!! You know most of the stuff probably movie props was all done by CNC or hell maybe even plastic but every single part of this is built by hand you deserve some serious mad props You definitely got some seriously mad respect from me.!! And it looks like a lot more other people!!
how does this not have more likes and views??? KZread is holding back a true craftsman and artist! Great work. Thanks for sharing this!

Doesn't have a skank or involve makeup. If he made a makeup video with the skull and included a skank it would take off.

As a fellow machinist and fabricator, let me just tip my hat to you good sir. This is absolutely top notch work and im surprised it took me this long to discover your channel. Better late than never I suppose. I can't wait to see this all come together. Truly incredible work man. Kudos to you
I was just looking for an idea for a cast vinyl build. Never thought that this is an actual metal build. Hands down to this build!!!!!
that working jaw knocked me off the chair!! and working eyes with focus function, attention to detail is sick! I love it!

Variable aperture, not focus. And I think the aperture leaves need to overlap a bit more, to not be as jagged on the inside circumference. First time i've seen someone injection-mold parts at home though.

Yes, I wasn't completely happy with the iris mechanism, or some other parts of the eye. That's why I built a 2nd version, there's a video on that too.
Incredible patience and craftsmanship! Love it
Only one word to say….WOW! Bravo 👏🏼 great job.
Absolutely and truly amazing! The moment I saw you fabricating the incisors of the T800...I said to myself what the????!!! such detail, you even managed to articulate the upper and lower dentition! You are a MASTER CRAFTSMAN.
andys craftsmanship is unmatched.
I know less than nothing about metal fabricating, but even I can tell that this is extraordinary work. Bravo!!!
From one Toolmaker to another, great work.
Dude, this is truly a titanic job. Well done, good luck with your project.
This is a man who's obviously in a league of his own, what a brilliant video,
Out of this world, a remarkable build I was just fascinated all through. How someone could not like this is beyond me.

@Smokey Mcb Yes, I am making the rest of it, check out my other videos, though it is not a quick process! It's going to be better than 'posable', It's going to be able to move all of it's joints under it's own control.
This is the coolest metalworking video I’ve watched or probably ever will watch 👏👏👏
Awesome job, this guy has some serious skills!!
Where would you even learn this ?I grew up watching this film over and over again and at 41 years old still do.The T800 was an ever haunting killing machine during my childhood and seeing this masterpiece just hit home again .what an outstanding skill and talented man and the painstaking amount of hours making this is mind blowing.Much respect from the uk.
AMAZING!!! It's like you snuck into the Skynet Terminator factory and secretly recorded the process! I can't imagine how many hours you put into that. And it's functional too! I would have settled for just a replica with light up eyes. LOL.
This is really awesome, I am really excited with the tiniest detail you made for the eyeball parts
Damn! After a serious motorcycle wreck almost 8 yrs. ago my company brought me back and put me in the machine shop because they thought it would be better on me from the injuries I had. I learned a pretty good bit from guys that I think are excellent machinist, but watching this, I realize I don't know s**t!😁 I did actually learn a few tips on setups I can use from watching this. Excellent video. Welder, fabricator, machinist, man you are true MASTER!👍
Believe me. I know these tools and machines. I worked in an injection molding plant. Congratulations on the excellent work, very well detailed. Amazing!
Dedication and skill, documented with outstanding close-up views of the process! Rock-on , chuckled with the phone book :)

Mind blown.....I thought it was casting.....WOW WHAT A TALENT...that guy deserves more money than the actors......he is the real artist....hats off
Wow!! Simply wow!! It wasn't Miles Dyson we had to worry about. It's you!! Skynet gets ahold of your blueprints and uses them to create the T-800!!
I didn’t expect this. This is something special.
Incredible piece of art. You showed during the build the eyes and jaw moving around, I think it would have been cool to show the articulating eyes and jaw in the final show.
What a skilled craftsmanship. And what a passion for all the details. You are a true artist!
Awsomwe creation. Everything handmade, respect, No 3d Printing!!!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great attention to detail. I would LOVE to see you make an Iron Man suit. You DEFINITELY have the SKILLS!!!

Superb craftmanship, you have gifted hands!
Way out of my league! I don't think I could even put that together with 10 years to build it! LOL Awesome, incredible amount of detail! Thank you for sharing this! I hope there's a more in depth version of this build.

Fortunatley though the T-800 doesn't have a full set of teeth, it's missing some of the molars at the back, so I only had to make something like 24 vs 32.
