I've been quietly hoping for a third Hellboy movie along with everyone else for aaaaaaaaages now but I just can't wrap my heart around anyone else but Ron Perlman playing the lead. Even if he is 67, he's my silver screen Hellboy. Hell I've a mate who 73 and he runs miles every week so why shouldn't Ron get his trilogy?

According to Steven E. de Souza (wrote Die Hard, 48 Hrs, Commander), Joss rewrote at least 33% of the script to get writing credit. I like to think that if Joss rewrote 50-60% of the script, that means he'd be changing (hence directing) anywhere between 50-60% of the movie. From what I've heard/read about the DGA requirements, if he directs at least 50% of the movie, he is subject to directing credit. The last I've heard, he's not getting directing credit.

Apparently if Justice League is considered an 'adapted story' because it's based on the comic books, Joss Whedon doesn't need to have rewritten as much of the screenplay to get credit as if Justice League were a completely original property.

The Han Solo movie is following the Kasdan script, and it was not before - therefore it is ON the RAILS and on the right track NOW. Had Howard been on from the start, maybe a better actor would have been chosen for Han. Anthony Ingruber (Age of Adeline) or Jamie Costa (A Smuggler's Trade).

This must have been a while ago. Joss Whedon wrote 2 dozen pages of material AND has been handling the reshoots, hence the shared writers credit with Terrio. His 2 dozen pages are connective tissue that change the flow the of the story enough to distinguish it from Terrio's script AND it is an adapted screenplay so the percentage is actually 33%. Kev, the film you rewrote was an original property, hence the much harsher provisions (don't ask me why the WGA has those rules, I don't work there).

Hey! At least watching THIS right now, is better than watching the FOX NEW LIVE FEED of Irma tearing Florida up....I got tired of Sheppard Smith cutting off the Local Folks whenever They were talking...Why is Irma moving so Damn Slowly? I dunno...My Grandmother can tear up shit faster than Irma, and my Grandmother's passed on!.... Now....about that plot idea that I was recently talking to y'all about..... URSA having Superman's Baby, because she was undercover as Loreli Ambrosia in "III" from '83, and they BOTH got all messed up over the "TAR" Kryptonite....and Supey "mans up" and....takes Ursa in...because if he didn't....he's an asshole, and he knows it. Let's write some shit about THAT. Imagine...Loreli walks up to Superman, pulls off her blonde wig....OH SHIT! IT's URSA, (and it's right after he tells her "that guy's gone") And she looks him right in the eye, and says, "You ... ASSHOLE!" and reaches out and RIPS THE SPITCURL right off of Superman's head! "That's ONE.........." and she says "And HERE's TWO........." And takes Superman's hand.....and places it right on her Tummy........ She doesn't even have to say the Words......the look on her face says it all.....

So do you cast for the ethnicity or do you cast for visual accuracy? I think other than Daimyo being much older he could have looked the part very well.

Funny I'm watching this video realize Mark and Kevin are talking out of both side of their mouth. They are praising the actor because he turned down the role because he wants it to go to a Minority or to be more precise Asian person because in the comic book the character is Asian. But couple months go they were upset with iron fist because they cast a white man as iron fist. ( mostly Mark was upset) Even though the character in the comic was white. They wanted a Asian actor to get the role. Can you say Hypocrites. I understand to live in Hollywood you have to believe in white privilege because they had it so easy becoming famous because of the color of their skin. Especially Mark you had it easy because of his color skin. Sure he might get upset with me because it his skin got him, his jobs, not his talent. Sure he might believe he his talented and he earned everything he got. And we shouldn't worry about color skin but instead how talented the person is and what that person could bring to the table. At that moment I believe he would be right. But that's why Mark has white privilege.

Ed Skrein playing Major Ben Daimio caused tyhe SJW's to go nuts due to a caucasian playing an asian i.e. white washing. The actress Zazie Beetz a black actress playing Neena Thurman aka Domino a caucasian character i.e. black washing.
