My theory is that they were all insanely hungover. I mean Lin literally created the musical and sings that song all the time. this happened to me,but the difference is that we where going to do a performance at the stage,I got the role as Eliza and believe me its hard,you have to Remember every lyrics of the song and put a lot of emotions,when we started to practice I told my drama teacher If I could switch the burn song into first burn,she accepted and went off........and then we met an EP and ES...

The fact that he fit in “the room where it happened” just goes to show how brilliant that man is.

Powerful cast. The thing I appreciate the most about Lin Manuel is he empowers his fellow performers by not stealing the spotlight but once it's his turn he astounds.

Grace Hanlon Lin mentions this in the book about the musical Hamilton. He’s proud of the fact that everyone in that section sings a line that applies to both of their characters. Lafayette & Mulligan sing “I fought with him” meaning alongside, but Jefferson & Madison sing “I fought with him” meaning against him. Pretty clever dude that LMM
