WS Thanks sweetie for your lovely comment. If you wanna freeze plastic will be ok for fridge I feel like it stays longer time fresh but it's your choice pick any jar which are clean and good lids.

Made it today, it turnes out delish, but consistency got a bit thick eventhough I added 3 cups of water instead of 2.5 and suji turned slightly dark within the time frame even on the lowest heat. I will try again with a thicker bottom pan and 3.5 cups of water.👍
