It turned out perfectly. Best halwa I ever made. I always would fry sooji well, but would struggle with sooji and water ratio.. that was always tricky for me. thanks for sharing . I reduced the sugar and ghee quantity as per taste.

I have many time made this recipe of your's and each time it's equally yummy, ❤

I tried this recipe, texture came out amazingly soft and juicy liked explained.👍 I have added chopped pineapple in the water while boiling. Proportion of Ghee, water, and semolina is fine sugar can be reduced 1.5 instead of 2. I felt it was too sweet as per my palate. Thank you for sharing the techniques😊

Made this recepie today itself and it turned out to be super amazing and tasty...from the texture to color to taste everything was on point...Thank you for the delicious recepie. Only diffrence that i did was to dry roast the suji/aata first till the color change and then add ghee and fry it for some more time.
