I never played Halo. However, the music enthralls me. Sometimes I'll pull together a list of the Halo songs that are are here on KZread and simply listen. Funny as it may sound, it helps calm me down when things get freaky. I'm 72 and Halo music has been my friend for quite a few years now.

mr. yeast halo combat evolved had the best campaign, halo 2 wins in multiplayer and music though. If you are wondering why CE wins campaign, it’s just the fact that it can stand on its own while having the most non linear campaign out of any halo game (and I don’t mean in its story telling, just how you can approach each mission to the point you can play every mission differently) as well as mixing badass moments with moments of comedy and seriousness, having one of the best plot twists in gaming history, having pseudo-horror elements and setting the groundwork for the next halo campaigns and console FPS games as a whole, I’m just sad it still hasn’t gotten the Halo 2 anniversary treatment and gets a complete overhaul in graphical quality, while also keeping the philosophy in the mechanics that Bungie originally wanted in which had the balance of campaign and multiplayer completely different. Also adding useable energy swords, elites in multiplayer and infected wouldn’t hurt.

Man that Halo 3 part had me feeling all giddy, then the Halo 2 part kicked in and there are just no words to describe how happy that theme makes me feel.

This is enough to make even the strongest men cry.. My first halo was Halo 3. After that was most halo's from 2007 up until infinite. I still remembered when the servers shut down for Halo 3. And I remembered the halo wars 2 beta came. Played it until the batteries were empty.

I think all good things must come to an end. Halo has run its course. Not a single good game since Halo Reach imo. I've wasted far too much money on 343 and "hope"

I always come back to these videos as the music of these games makes up about 95% of my childhood. The desperation in some of the pieces and the determination in others chronicles the human covenant war so well!!

Things dont look the same after 7 years,halo fans say halo 4 doesnt look as halo game, but ,the reallity is that it does, h4 spartan armor was a great upgrade from halo 3 a minimal downgrade of halo reach, but still they looked awesome for the most part and very halo, they just didnt like it because they didnt looked as halo 3 or reach,also what I like of h4 armor is that it doesnt have the spartan diper that gen 1 had, it kind of looked dumb , and if I was a spartan I rather use markVI gen 2 than mark VI gen 1. 5 chief focused story,and this ruined h5 story,cause of people didnt liked halo 4 story,and for that many complains microsoft tell 34e that they needed to do this bad campaign that we received,they tried return to halos roots and catastrophicaly failed 6 artstyle ,personally they are kind of right, elites were brutes and I liked jackals and I have no problem with grunts,but the most hayed thing were forerunners, they did looked cool in my opinion but everyone was mad requiem was so shiny and prometheans too ,and the floatingness,in my opinion they looked badass 7.Multiplayer,honetly it wast even near to play as cod game ,it was just lightly inspired by it. 8. Why was people complaining of the soundtrack, its beautiful and really sounds as halo first time playing it I could tell it was halo with better graphics and jackals by just hearing the soundtrack, I'll admit they were some generic tracks ,but come on not for that you are gonna say h4 soundtrack is trash.
